Poor service and bad attitudes! 2/17/18 I purchased food totaling 21.00 for 3 5.00 boxes and 2 extra sides. When I pulled up to the window I paid for the food and didn't pull away from the window yet, I checked the bags and was missing a box. I informed her she asked for the receipt I looked in the bag and handed her the receipt in the bag, she said it wasn't the receipt. I told her this is what u gave me! This is the only receipt in the bag, Im giving you what u gave me! She proceeded to say I was never charged for the 3rd meal. So what was the 21.00 for I asked. She then again asks for the receipt that she never gave me. I looked through both bags there was no receipt in the bag so she said she cant do anything without the receipt. I handed her the bag back and asked for my money back. She then slams the window in my face and comes back with the money. SMH sad part is she was the manager/shift supervisor! Smh I asked her for her name and she said her name was Lady. Popeye's if you read this I dont know if that is her real name but this incident occured Feb 17, 2018 around 10 pm. This was hands down the worst fast food experience I have ever had. The manager on duty at 12:38 AMâwhose name I unfortunately didnât catchâshould NOT be in a position of leadership. His attitude was dismissive, unprofessional, and downright disrespectful.
I walked in expecting decent service, but was met with pure chaos and indifference. Orders were being thrown together sloppily, employees were arguing, and the manager was doing absolutely nothing to correct the situationâin fact, he was contributing to the dysfunction. When I asked for help correcting a missing item from my order, he acted like I was a problem instead of a paying customer. No apology, no urgency, just nasty energy and zero accountability.
This person is a liability to your brand and a complete embarrassment to the Popeyes name. It felt like he thought he was untouchable, treating customers like we were beneath him. If corporate cares at all about customer experience, this manager needs to be seriously investigated, retrained, or removed.
