McDonald's — Restaurant in City of Oswego

Morning staff is lazy, went there this morning aboyt 6:25am. Ordered 4 sausage mcmuffins, a steak and cheese bagel with breakfast sause on the side, they put the sause on the sandwhich and proceed to argue with us about it telling us we are wrong for ordering the way we did. arguing with us at the drive thru this morning that was already backed up, about what we ordered. Explained 4 times what we ordered and they still are trying to tell us what we ordered. Stop arguing and just make the food the way we are asking, we are the ones paying, not you. Your not suppose to fight with the customers. The inside is always dirty. Tables are never wiped down, the floor in the play place is disgusting and people have their children crawling around on this dirty floor. And one of my biggest complaints that hasn't seemed to gone anywhere....one freakin highchair...ONE!!! Place is always packed yet no one has a seat for their babies because apparently this place believes only one baby visits at a time. I have complained to corporate but it's useless, they are just as careless as these workers. Place needs major improvements. It's going down hill fast. And whoever was running the drive thru this morning should be fired. $15 an hour, you've got to...

I've wasted enough time on this place to waste more on this review, but I don't want anyone wasting their hard earned money anymore on this place, so I'll give one.

This is the worst McDonalds (Oswego East and West side) I've ever visited in my life. The service is non-caring and slow (and I do mean slow. Sometimes up to 40 minute wait times even when hardly anyone is there! The number listed online is incorrect, their food is almost never any good (check out these old nuggets that look about 5 years old). They didn't even have soda at all last time I went. They also almost always mess at least one thing up. The last time I went inside with my family, we waited 42 minutes and the people in the kitchen were all just laughing and joking around. The last time I had an issue I spoke with the district manager and I can tell you first hand, she is the issue. Her name is Kathy and she truly makes nothing but excuses for why these restaurants are this way and when I showed her the nuggets this last time she admitted "yep they're just old" almost like she's used to this being a thing.

Ok, enough time wasted. Don't go here. Pick a place that cares and where your hard earned money won't be tossed down the drain and your time is...

Plain and simple I’ve given the Oswego west side McDonalds 1 million chances before I truly decided to write those review… Take the term fast food and throw it right out your window.. This is by far the slowest restaurant, fast food or not that I have ever been to in my life.. If you are trying to write a 1000 word essay while waiting in the drive thru line this is the place for you, however if you are running late for work or on your lunch I highly recommend waiting for Cams to make you a whole pie before you even consider this particular establishment.. Next on to the employment, they seem to put the least mature and most irresponsible people on the the drive thru mic for better or worse cause I’m almost certain this girl couldn’t grill a frozen beef patty if her family’s life depended on it.. As a matter of fact I waited until I orders my food to write this review and finished well before I paid… It has now been 28 minutes and I’ve finally made it to the drive thru window just to get one less burger than I ordered… This place could burn down and it would be a blessing form heaven!!! Worst restaurant...
