I deliberately avoided the place for about a year ... Fast food places are cyclical ... If they're managed well, great, if not, avoid ... So I reluctantly go there last night after the last awful drive-thru experience ... Long line, they're busy ... I order and the wait is ridiculous ... Finally get to the window, they are 25 cents short on the change and ask if it's ok, at first I'm like, "well, no, I'd like my change" ... If I had been a little quicker, I might have asked what's your plan for the 15 cars behind me? Like, nobody's getting change? But whatever, I finally drive off after it's clear that the manager and the girl at the window have no plan for putting change in the register and actually giving customers the correct change ... So ok, I get home, and the food's wrong ... My bag is properly labeled Order 218 but in the bag, food's labelled 217 ... Ordered a large fry, the fry was the smallest container I've ever seen ... So what we have is a place that is horribly managed, can't manage the money, can't get the orders right ... Just so everybody knows: they just had a price increase so they can pay for the NYS INCREASE IN HOURLY WAGES THAT STARTED ON JANUARY 1ST OF THIS YEAR.
There was a long wait for the food, I was standing in line a long time with many people. I Cannot say the service was that great. When I asked questions of the employees that work there they seemed like they didn't know what I was talking about & had very dismissive attitudes. The garbage cans in the dining area were overflowing and I had a hard time getting my trash from my tray into the garbage can.

I went there on 9/15 and ordered 4 bacon breakfast burritos special ordered for my dogs the way I always do. Got home and they were sausage ones. I called at 9:20am and was told they would put my down in some book and all I had to do was come back and give my info for the replacement. I got back there today 10/12 and they said oh we only go back 3 weeks. They doubled down on their crappy customer service when I went in.
