Subway — Restaurant in City of Oswego

I have never had a more disgusting sandwich, or worse customer service from any other Subway location, the sandwich is literally going in the trash. I ordered online for delivery while I'm stuck at work, and I paid for both sliced and smashed avocado and asked for "less" dressing. The sandwich came with no avocado and was completely drenched in dressing. When I called the store, the very rude woman who answered the phone insisted that she put smashed avocado on the sandwich but told me they don't carry sliced avocado. (As you can see in the photos there is zero avocado of any kind). I asked why I was charged for something they don't even carry and reiterated that the smashed avocado was also missing and she yelled "Well what do you want me to do about it?" I told her I would like a refund since I didn't get what I paid for and she replied that she can't do a refund but she can remake the sandwich. I agreed and told her that they can deliver a new sandwich and she said that they can't redeliver and I'd have to come pick it up...if I was able to leave work I wouldn't have paid an extra $10 for delivery to begin with. She then told me to dispute the charge with my credit card and hung up, this person needs to be fired immediately. I was doordashing, and I went inside to get my family and I something to eat, and this younger and older lady working in there seemed to have attitudes for whatever reason? I tried being nice, and still was even after I got sass, attitude and side eyes from both. I wouldn’t recommend coming here, especially if you’re bringing the family; they acted like they were in a huge hurry and we were the only other ones in the whole “restaurant”. Ordered a Chicken bacon ranch melt from this subway in the manner that I do at any other subway. Staff there told me that what I was ordering and the order was incorrect, and that they couldn't toast the sub and re open it to add dressing and vegetables. Basically what I described was wrong. So they toasted it all at once closed up in a paper bag none the less. Sub was very disappointing and will not be returning to this location as staff do not seem to know what they are doing.
