Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in City of Oswego

Tonight I decided to get some little Caesar’s for dinner (09/20/2021) . Worst experience Of my life I don’t normally write reviews but I felt this was necessary. I used the app to place my order it said it was going to be a 48 minute wait until pickup was ready so I went and did a little bit of grocery shopping to pass the time because I was already in the area when I decided to place the order. After 50 minutes had passed I went in to see if my food was ready the assistant manager said it wasn’t and it was going to be at least another 40 minute or more wait, I said to him I’ve already waited 50 minutes now you’re telling me I have to wait another 40 minutes? He says “sucks to be you my man “ . I just let this go after another 20 minutes of waiting he just walks out the door not saying anything to any of his fellow co-worker’s or customers. After this had happened a woman that was in the back making pizzas came up and asked everyone there orders then she goes and checks the warmers and my order was sitting in there done the entire time I was in the store, so I grabbed my food and left the store I then realized that the 4 marinara sauces I got with my breadsticks were only about 1/4 of the way full if that the 4 of them together didn’t even fill 1 of the containers when all combined together. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a little Caesar’s and will definitely not return to this...

Went in to get a hot and ready for 7.49 the employee over charged me said they didn't have any up and would take 7 minutes to make she and that she was alone. When I said something about it she said prices were changed but corporate didn't change the signage. After waiting 10 minutes for her to even start my pizza she was playing on the register I heard a noice in the back of the restaurant I looked back and there was someone else there so I asked for a refund. I called corporate and they said that it wasn't true and that everything that happened was fishy. So I went back in two days later to get a hot and ready and same girl was leaving when I was going in and she called the employee who was cashing me out to tell him to put a " code" in and he over charged me as well and when I asked why I was being over charged he said that's what he...

I never like Oswego Little Ceasars before. Pizza always had barely any sauce or it was swimming in it. I heard it was under new management so I gave it a shot. Ordered through mobile order. When I got there the pizza had just come out (on time). The girl at the counter was very friendly. She greeted my daughter as well as myself. She gave the kids free cookies and when she saw that I was trying to balance my order with one hand bc I could not let go of my autistic daughters hand, she very kindly offered to carry it to my car. While I was getting my order, another girl popped her head out from the back and said hi to me as well. Pizza and crazy bread were very good. Tasted super fresh and this was overall a completely different experience than before. I'm very happy and will definitely be going back to feed my family yummy...
