Read moreTaco Bell has always been my favorite franchise. I spent over FIFTY DOLLARS on my last order and actually had to argue with the drive-thru attendant about whether or not my custom motorcycle was a motorized vehicle. She was extremely unpleasant, unprofessional, and rude rite off the bat. The manager actually intervened and finally took my order after the girl threatened me with law enforcement because she didn't like the fact that she had been proven wrong. She told me she didn't have to serve me because she was the manager and had the power to do whatever she wants. Then out of spite gave me a bunch of Tacos that were empty. It was late and by the time I got home and realized what she did they were closed of course. I didn't catch her name but almost every time I have been here they have been extremely rude and condescending towards me and other customers that were in line and in the drive-thru. This isn't the first time I have received spiteful food either. I am always polite, social, friendly and easy to get along with and these guys are snobby and arrogant. I feel really bad for the owner of this store because he had to babysit these jerkoffs that could care less about the quality of their work or whether or not they are generating enough revenue to prevent crossing the threshold of economic injury. All they care about is how fast the time clock ticks, how much their paycheck will be, etc. Some of them actually get off on abusing their power and ability to decide who they serve and how they serve them. THE MAJORITY OF PEOPLE RESIDING IN THE CITY OF OSWEGO ARE TERRIBLE...
Read moreThe food was actually one of the best I've had in a while regarding freshness and a spot on order. Exception being the fire sauce quantity and attitude given over requesting what I ordered.
I need time to decide what to order. Because I customize and because the location was not allowing customers inside during covid19, I sat in the parking lot and ordered on the app.
1ne crunchy Taco (probably the crispiest freshest shell I've had in a while) and a beef burrito, both customized, with a request for 10 fire sauce packs.
Before pulling away I check my order and noticed there were only a few sauce packets. I waited until they open the window to ask why I was still there and I responded that I had ordered 10 fire sauce and received far less. The response was astounding.
A large white dude with dark hair and a snippy attitude said "I put 5 in. Do you really need more with just a few items?"
My as always polite response was, "I ordered 10 and I need four for the taco and six to eight for a burrito depending on its size so if you could please provide the additional 5 I requested I would appreciate it."
He huffed, spun around, threw for sauce packs and a bag, and passed it my way. I should have stayed in the parking lot while I ate the food because I needed two...
