Taco Bell has always been my favorite franchise. I spent over FIFTY DOLLARS on my last order and actually had to argue with the drive-thru attendant about whether or not my custom motorcycle was a motorized vehicle. She was extremely unpleasant, unprofessional, and rude rite off the bat. The manager actually intervened and finally took my order after the girl threatened me with law enforcement because she didn't like the fact that she had been proven wrong. She told me she didn't have to serve me because she was the manager and had the power to do whatever she wants. Then out of spite gave me a bunch of Tacos that were empty. It was late and by the time I got home and realized what she did they were closed of course. I didn't catch her name but almost every time I have been here they have been extremely rude and condescending towards me and other customers that were in line and in the drive-thru. This isn't the first time I have received spiteful food either. I am always polite, social, friendly and easy to get along with and these guys are snobby and arrogant. I feel really bad for the owner of this store because he had to babysit these jerkoffs that could care less about the quality of their work or whether or not they are generating enough revenue to prevent crossing the threshold of economic injury. All they care about is how fast the time clock ticks, how much their paycheck will be, etc. Some of them actually get off on abusing their power and ability to decide who they serve and how they serve them. THE MAJORITY OF PEOPLE RESIDING IN THE CITY OF OSWEGO ARE TERRIBLE HUMAN BEINGS!

My husband and I eat at the Oswego, NY Taco Bell 2-3 times per week. Today I ordered through the drive thru. We always order the same thing: 1 cheesy double beef burrito with easy rice, 1 chips & cheese & 3 double stacked tacos. Today we added an order of 5 chicken nuggets (we've seen them advertised and wanted to try them) Today, my burrito was not even close to correct. There were no fiesta strips, the rice was DOUBLE, Not easy and there was some kind of southwest sauce on it. It was not edible. The double stacked tacos had no fiesta strips. I was not provided nor did anyone ask me if I needed sauce, got home, none in the bag. And lastly, the nuggets were hard as a rock, discolored & absolutely stone cold 3 minutes after they were placed in the bag. Also inedible. Extremely disappointed.

The Manager was so Helpful. Sometimes I have a hard time ordering at places due to a concussion from an auto accident. He was so Kind and very Helpful. The Employees were Phenomenal and I enjoyed talking to them .... The Tacos were delicious and Taco Bell has The Best Pepsi!!!! I will be a return customer.

As I stepped into the Taco Bell nestled in Oswego, NY, I was greeted by the tantalizing aroma of sizzling meat and freshly baked tortillas. Nestled in a bustling part of town, this particular Taco Bell has become a beacon for locals and visitors alike, drawing them in with its promise of bold flavors and quick service.

One of the standout features of this Taco Bell experience is undoubtedly their innovative mobile app. From the moment I downloaded it, I was hooked. Ordering my favorite items became a breeze with just a few taps on my smartphone screen. Not only does the app offer a seamless ordering process, but it also provides exclusive deals and offers that keep me coming back for more.

Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency of the service. Despite the steady stream of customers, the staff at Oswego's Taco Bell remained calm and collected, ensuring that each order was prepared with precision and delivered with a smile. The wait time was minimal, thanks to their commitment to speed and accuracy.

But it's not just the speed of service that sets this Taco Bell apart—it's the quality of the food. Each bite was a burst of flavor, from the savory seasoned beef to the crisp lettuce and tangy salsa. Whether I was indulging in a classic Crunchwrap Supreme or trying their latest limited-time offering, I was consistently impressed by the freshness and taste of every ingredient.

What truly makes the Oswego Taco Bell a standout dining destination is its ability to combine convenience, affordability, and deliciousness into one satisfying package. Whether I'm grabbing a quick bite on my lunch break or treating myself to a late-night snack, I know I can always count on Taco Bell to deliver an exceptional experience, both in-store and through their user-friendly app. In a world where time is precious and cravings are constant, Taco Bell Oswego is truly the best thing since...

The food was actually one of the best I've had in a while regarding freshness and a spot on order. Exception being the fire sauce quantity and attitude given over requesting what I ordered.

I need time to decide what to order. Because I customize and because the location was not allowing customers inside during covid19, I sat in the parking lot and ordered on the app.

1ne crunchy Taco (probably the crispiest freshest shell I've had in a while) and a beef burrito, both customized, with a request for 10 fire sauce packs.

Before pulling away I check my order and noticed there were only a few sauce packets. I waited until they open the window to ask why I was still there and I responded that I had ordered 10 fire sauce and received far less. The response was astounding.

A large white dude with dark hair and a snippy attitude said "I put 5 in. Do you really need more with just a few items?"

My as always polite response was, "I ordered 10 and I need four for the taco and six to eight for a burrito depending on its size so if you could please provide the additional 5 I requested I would appreciate it."

He huffed, spun around, threw for sauce packs and a bag, and passed it my way. I should have stayed in the parking lot while I ate the food because I needed two...
