Dunkin' — Restaurant in City of Peekskill

I went in to get my veterans day free donut as I am a veteran. I showed the woman my driver's license which indicates my veteran status. She asked if I wanted anything else and I said no thank you; she looked at her co-worker with a look of consternation and said something I didn't understand. She handed me the bag as if there was feces in it. I then said to her, " I served my country, I at least deserve a free donut. Thank you have a nice day!" I will never go in there again. For people who are here in this beautiful country and taking full advantage of our generosity; to treat a veteran ON VETERAN'S DAY disrespectfully especially, no Bueno. Main street Dunkin bad...

I wish that I could give them 0 stars, honestly.

I have yet to have gone here and gotten my order correct. I receive cups half full and they'll try to cover it up by filling half a cup of foam. When corrected they'll still only fill it to maybe 2/3rds, with gracious estimation. I don't know if the staff just thinks this is funny or if they're just that incompetent.

The staff could have a much better attitude, especially when correcting orders.

The store is dirty and unkept, and the kitchen/barista area is visibly dirty.

Ordered egg and cheese on a croissant. I waited to be called by number, but the girl who made the sandwich put it on the rack for pick up along with several other orders. At last, someone asked what I had ordered, and she asked around and found out it was sitting on the rack.
