I went today about 11:15am on 2/22/21. I asked for the manager after my order. She came and I told her about my experience yesterday the 21st. I told her that I bought 4 coffees and all of them had a quarter of coffee grinds at the bottom. She gave me a blank stare without even apologizing. I wasn't looking for reimbursement or free stuff. But at least an apology. I buy there allot because its the closets to my job. I'm feeling like I need to just go to the opposite end of Rout 3 to get my coffee. Its sad because I had good experiences there but many bad that this took the cake. It shows how unprofessional people can be especially the position they hold. I’ve given this spot multiple trips weekly and have been since they opened and yet I’m always having an issue. 1) the hash browns are always cold and hard, disgusting and I don’t bother getting them anymore 2) every time I order something other than an iced coffee, it’s completely made wrong! This is sad and I don’t know why the manager ensures the quality of these drinks since this is a drink place. It’s not that hard to understand milk is what makes most of a latte. Read moreOn our way back from New York to Montreal, we decided to make a quick stop at this Dunkin' Donuts. It turned out to be the worst service we've ever experienced. The young lady at the cashier (with purple hair) had an awful attitude, rolling her eyes and treating customers, including us, very rudely.
Meanwhile, the other employee at the drive-thru (a young lady with black hair) was in the restroom. However, there was no clear indication that it was occupied, and when my daughter, who had been traveling for hours without a break, tried to open the door multiple times, an employee came out and rudely said, "That means it's locked," with a dismissive look.
Overall, this experience was frustrating and unpleasant. I definitely do not recommend this location. Zero...
