So I just had a annoying experience unfortunately. I was at the mid Hudson center macdonalds ordering on the app and after hitting pay. It let me know it was locked into the main st one. And I had to go over 10 mins out of my way going home. To get what I ordered. Money's tight right now. Waiting to get approved from medical leave with covid recently I came here tonight. Cause I really don't have alot of money I redeem points. That part of the order my points. You guys mishandled. I specifically ordered it up cause I did it myself. No cheese on my quarter pounder. And what do I find? Thick cheese covering both sides. I'm not gonna eat this and make myself sick because you guys don't wanna read a screne but I'll just add this. I work with the public I actually have to PAY attention to what I'm doing on I'm sacked at my job. I know days can be hard. And stressful. But when muiltple locations give me this same experience over and over again and I'm in no mood for it right now. Your gonna hear about it. I'm not happy with how this played out. i started my second agency in the hudson valley years ago and this location does not treat People of Color with respect or dignity . last month one of the workers looked at my co worker as if he was beneath her and another kept glaring at our table from the high chair table by the soda fountain .
if you have a nubian McDonalds worker behind the register you will get some level of personal interaction , the rest of them ( barely speak english ) you have to ask to repeat themselves and when you do that they act like its your fault .
even if you go to this location as a professional , ie in a suit and tie , and are not white you will get the same look of disgust from the non NUBIAN ( black ) staff .

I placed a order on Gubhub because I had a taste for McDonald's, I ordered 2 Apple Pies, 2 Stawberry & Cream, 1 Large Fries and 4 Filet of Fish Sandwiches never got my order at all. The wrong order was delivered to me that had 3 Happy Meals, 3 Large Fries 4 different sandwiches. So I called McDonald's to let them know that I was delivered the wrong order. The Manager that I was talking to was very Unprofessional and telling me to bad you can't get your money or order, and what was delivered to you oh well not his problem and he could CARELESS. I was not rude to his person at all. I just wanted to understand how can you get a order wrong and then get mad at the customer for calling and explaining that the order was not right? And then on top of that it was a drive-thru order that was delivered to me. McDonald's need to train their Managers over and show them how to talk to customers when a problem needs to be solved.
