Hands down the best food cart in the city of Rochester. They have a huge menu of options, and any condiment/topping you could wish for. Easily one of my favorite quick places to stop at for food. I'm big on the burgers from there. It's higher grade than "typical street meat". Definitely more of a legitimate "Hots" place.
