Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in City of Rochester

Last night... Well, it took them about an hour and a half, after my order was already done. So I call the store, manager is very rude there, does not care for customer satisfaction. Also, forgot to add that we ended up not getting our food delivered. Mathew never even came to the door, but we saw his name on the tracker app. Luckily me and my wife didn't wait for the food and ordered something else, it never would've come. East Main Street Dominos is ruining Culver Rds Dominos image. I used to love ordering, now I have to deal with this idiotic location. They really need to replace those workers.

9/24 update. Ordered for pickup, should have been ready when i arrived but yet they put my order in about 10-15min after the app told me it was being prepped. They were not even busy when i walked in because i only saw my order on the screen and nothing on the ready shelves. It just seems like this location is really bringing a bad name to the local Dominos because this location REALLY REALLY SUCKS. No Matter whose running it apparently. Still need to replace workers here.... AGAIN.

My order was supposed to be ready at 1:47pm it is now 2:05pm and i still dont have my order....

Horrible How you have notes on what NOT to put on a pizza and still put it on there...it clearly says NO GARLIC CRUST and guess what I got AGAIN...every darn time y'all do this been months since I ordered from y'all and I see why....uuggghh bad enough it was over an hour wait...like come on are you for real right now....service is the WORST Here I am 11 months later still trying to give them the benefit of the doubt placed or at 4:48 it is now 6:58 pm and still no food! This is like ridiculous and unacceptable if you can't fulfill orders or your short stop taking orders. Yup gave them another try and still the pizza is supposed to be light sauce and it's like they did the opposite & it's thin & soggy & crunchy if that's possible. The Cinnamon twist where great but doughie took out way to early...they actually did the chicken better this is like maybe the 2nd time out of all the times I've ordered then well done they were...

Domino's pizza is the best all the way around! My husband, my daughter and I are super fans for domino's pizza. I have to say I am an even bigger fan now. I had picked up my order and leaving the location I had to slam on my breaks so the pizza flew right off my front seat. I try my best to save the pizza but the front of the box opened and the pizza still fell right out the box and into my snow filled weather car mat. I went back to the store and with no question other than, what can we help you with?, asked, they just told me to not worry about it and that they will be making another one for me right away. They got my pizza started immediately and only had to wait about 10 minutes for it. It was so nice to know that they had me completely covered. Continue to deliver great products and awesome customer service and you guys will always...
