Dunkin' — Restaurant in City of Rochester

THEY ARE THE BEST! It's a very small location that can get very busy at times.. I work in the area so I frequent this location at least 1 time daily during the week... I have established a very good relationship with all the employees there and they are ALWAYS so respectful and genuine. I would drive out of my way and pay to park, just to go to this location b/c of how great the employees treat the customer. Due to my job, I do travel some times, so I go to many different Dunkin Donuts in the city of Rochester and outside of Rochester... this location is BY FAR THE BEST of the all. Each and every employee is respectful and they go out of their way to make sure the drink tastes right and they converse with their customers, which I believe is EXCELLENT customer service. All most all the Dunkin Donuts I go to... I order, they give me my drink and i'm out the door... this location takes the time to talk to people, get to know them and all while moving at fast pace. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for coffee in the Down Town Rochester area. I am really having a tough time understanding how there is no communication between the store and the app and how customers will be given their food incomplete and no one thinks to say anything. Instead, customers will pick up their food, get to their destination and realize they got robbed by Dunkin donuts. Then have to drive back to get a refund or their order fixed. And how on God's earth can Dunkin donuts have no eggs at 9 in the morning! That is absolutely unacceptable. I also saw the employees laughing that people were having to return their food cause they don't have eggs. We aren't mond readers and that is completely disrespectful to laugh at your customers when it's your responsibility to make sure your customers are taken care of. This is the State Street...

Reliable service in Downtown Rochester is difficult to find, but this Dunkin’ stands apart from the pack (their service is pretty good). Quality of the food / drinks is slightly below average what I expect from most Dunkin’s, hence my 4 star rating. However, it’s important to emphasize that their food is very good compared to other options in Downtown Rochester.

To summarize, 4 star quality, but a “5 star” for downtown Rochester. (Does that make sense?)

Also, no parking!

Also, as of time of this review (September 2022), the street this Dunkin is on is under heavy road construction. Expect delays when traveling...
