Worst experience!! Save yourself the frustration; the lights in the parking lot are off cause they don’t want your business; just free money! Example: Sunday I did UberEats to pick up two orders via drive-thru, ordering food for myself using my Uber card. I ordered a $5 meal, McDouble no cheese, nuggets, fries and a drink. McDouble had cheese, nuggets were rubbery and cool, fries were soggy and almost cold; and I realized later I never got my Uber card back. Food product provided should be enough reason not to revisit, though know someone had attempted six large transactions using my UberEats card. Luckily I have it locked always, so they were declined. This occurred Sunday, I called Manager Monday to ask if my card was there; she started rattling off names of at least eight people and sounded like she could go on! Really?! You don’t see a pattern or problem with this?! I stopped in and advised about my situation, and was told they’d review camera to see if they could determine where and who took card. Today I had to call them, and guess what no review of cameras had been done, nor did it sound like it would. Listen if it doesn’t bother you to employ thieves, then I’ll be doing my food buying at ANY other location; keep your lights out to save yourself from the public. WARNING they employ thieves if they aren’t robbing you financially, they are robbing you by not giving you want you actually want; EDIBLE food....
Read moreI work with uber eats... I had went inside for my first order. Service was very slow... So for my second uber delivery i went thru drivethru as there was only 1 car in drivethru. They told me i couldnt do that yet on the app i could choose either one whichever is faster....i thought drivethru would be faster this time.. I got to the pick up window and they handed me 2 bags. I looked at the order on my phone and i saw and iced tea that was not with the two bags..alson there was a meal...now as everyone knows a meal comes with a drink and fries.. I asked the manager who was at the window if she forgot the drink for the meal... She then told me it didnt come with it.... I was baffled i asked her if fries came with the meal and she said yes. So i told her then a drink MUST too.. She still didnt agree. I told her i couldnt leave without that drink. She asked me what the drink would be i said might as well make it a coke as i didnt know what the customer ordered but coke is popular....they gave me an orange soda....i drove off to my destination. All i can say is with this mcdonalds MAKE SURE YOU GET YOUR DRINKS.. They were mad at me for holding up drivethru and said things under their breaths... Yet nothing was said about the managers ignorance and stupidity. Hope this...
Read moreI went to the McDonald's on Culver Rd. and ordered a large coffee, sausage mcmuffin and a hash brown. It took the employee 3 tries to get it correct on the screen. By the 3rd time, she gave me an attitude when she asked if the screen looked correct. I went up to the 1st window where no one was there to take my money for a good minute and a half. I went to the 2nd window where the employee asked me if I ordered a sausage mcmuffin, hash brown and a large coffee. I said yes. She handed me my coffee. I then waited about 2 1/2 minutes for her to hand me my bag. I figured it must be correct since 1. It was correct on the screen after 3 tries, 2. She repeated my order at the window & 3. I waited 2 1/2 minutes for 2 items. I drove 1.1 miles back to my home. Go inside and open the bag and NO hash brown. How does this even happen? I'm so disgusted with my service at McDonald's not only this time, but 85% of the time when I eat at McDonald's. Usually I would check my bag before I drive away, and I thought about it, but I figured they can't mess up 2 items. Well they did. Unbelievable. The service is poor, poor, poor!! Please retrain your employees or send them to school for...
