If I could give zero, I would. I submitted a mobile order for drive thru pick up at 744 e.main st. I made sure I was at the right location. The lady in drive thru told me they had not received my order and by the time I pulled up to the window it should be there. But the travel time was already 10 mins prior to getting there. I asked if I should come in and was told that would be better. I get inside with my baby and explain the situation to the young lady at the counter who gave me attitude the entire time. She asked someone else to take it over for her. He too gave me attitude the whole time. I explained that I submitted a mobile order for drive thru pick up, asked him if the address there was 744 e. Main. He said yes. I showed him the screen where it says my order was submitted and already paid for. He asked me to pull up the receipt. I wasn’t sure how to and asked for his help and he rolled his eyes and said nah they don’t specialize in the app. I understood there were customers needed to be taken care of, so while I was trying to figure out how to pull up the complete order, I stepped aside for others to be taken care of. Once I had figured it out and the lines were cleared I sat at the counter for 20 mins while the young lady kept avoiding me and whispering to her boyfriend across the counter and rolling her eyes at me every time we made eye contact and running to the back to look busy. The guy as well kept looking over to me and I would wave my phone to let him know I got it pulled up and he would turn away from me. Again I waited 20 mins and was just going to ask for a refund. He finally came up to me and asked what was in the order and proceeded to make it. Once he brought me the bag I asked about the frosty and drinks. He asked what I meant so I showed the order again. Realized I ordered the limited time meal that included a cherry syrup drizzle, vanilla frosty and still gave me a regular vanilla frosty. Told him I ordered a medium drink and kids juice box and he gave me a twisted look at yelled at the young lady to give me my medium cup so I could “get the hell out of here.” Not sure what I was doing wrong I was even trying to be respectful of the fact that they were working hard and it wasn’t their fault the order didnt show up on their end. But I was given attitude and treated horribly...
Read moreHorrible experience. I would not recommend to anyone to eat here. My order was a small number 2 (baconator) and thats what i was charged for. When i get to the window my total was $10.36 I handed the cashier/assistant manager $20.50. The cashier opens the drawer puts my $20 bill and 2 quarters inside. Grabs a $10 bill and change but only hands me the 14 cents and keeps the 10 crumpled up in her hand. Assuming she just wasnt thinking at the moment i reminded her that i gave her a 20 and she became very defensive with me and argued that i gave her the 10 that was in her hand. How is that possible when she already opened and closed the drawer? Why would she still have my money? After going back and forth with her she finally said whatever and gave me my $10 . I normally wouldn't care because in the end i got my correct change but when i got home and opened my food i discovered not only did this person try to steal money from me, she also let me pay for a baconator and gave me a jr bacon cheese burger. If you're not familiar they are very different in size" ingredients and price. When i called the store back to request a refund the employee was rude and hungup the phone. I called back and i was told there's nothing they can do because the theif/cashier/assistant manager did not give me my recipt. When i told them to check the register for my recipt and the cameras for proof they told me they weren't going to continue the conversation and hung...
Read moreI don't eat a lot of fast food, but occasionally I crave french fries or a frosty. This location is notoriously slow on service, however. It doesn't make any difference if you go inside, or the drive thru-- be prepared to wait...and wait. I once stood with only 4-5 other patrons, and waited over 20 minutes just to order. Yes, there were cars in the drive thru- but I never did get to the counter before I had to leave.
That said, the staff is usually polite. However, the ambience is very odd. They've added a fake fireplace with a few plasticy lounge chairs, that seems inviting-- but they play this horrendous country music that is so white-bread boring I thought I'd been transported to some weird small town out in Kansas or Iowa. Additionally, there's a tv in the corner that is set to a perpetual infomercial channel. Yes, a channel of ALL informercials-- with commercials in between very short infomercials. All selling items like an inverter gravity-machine to cure back pain, or some new vitamin pills. I felt like I was in some conservative's rednecks' vision of twilight zone purgatory for urban heathens. What made this more ironic is that the staff and clientele of this location are far more urban African american folks-- so what is up with this?
I'm white and I was offended! I couldn't get out of there fast enough. Wendy's what are you thinking? Serve the...
