Bostwick Liquors, Inc. — Restaurant in City of Rome

Local guys run the shop--they seem to have an ever expanding selection but they don't get into the really nitty gritty stuff. I like gin and their selection has grown but for the really wild and costly bottles I find I have to look elsewhere. But if you're on your way to a party or stocking up for a weekend get together this place has all the fare you might want at reasonable prices, so, it's a great place to make your go to. Probably one of the only places in Rome I'm consistently able to find the wines and mead I'm looking for. The signs are placed conveniently to show exactly what type of alcohol is found in the row, and not just on the endcaps.

The guy at the counter is more than helpful when it comes to alcohol pairings, and when I ask which wines are good for cooking vs outright drinking, he would give his best input. So far, he hasn't been wrong! This place deserve...

If I can I avoid this liquor store in Rome NY. They have a great section of liquor its a nice place but its not worth dealing with the staff. Ive gone here many times and the staff is extremely rude.
