I WAS OVERCHARGED ON A COUPON DEAL I WAS TEXTED! FROM THEM.. then they asked me to retake my credit card over the phone which people don't do there days because of thieves, i said no, asked her if she was the manager of the store as I had asked to speak to, WOULD NOT GIVE ME AN ANSWER, I then called the district manager in Utica, which he then tried to give me a song and dance as if I was not being ripped off, and then told me in his 30 years for dominoes he has never had anyone ever steal anything ever!! ???? Then told me he'd take care of it and call me back.. he called back with 0 progress other than more bull talk and then told me if I dont trust them to give my card verbally over the phone then to take my business elsewhere after I have spent thousands all over the country serving my country.. I THEN ASKED FOR HIS SUPERIOR AND HE REFUSED TO GIVE THERE NAME OR A WAY TO GET A HOLD OF THEM ... AND THEN, ON TOP OF IT ALL.. THEY SCREWED UP THE ORDER WITH NO TOPPINGS AND UNDERDONE ON PURPOSE!!! WORST DOMINOES EVER!!! HORRIBLE PEOPLE.. I WILL BE CALLING ALL THE WAY UP THE CHAIN UNTIL I GET FULLY REFUNDED FOR THIS PATHETIC SERVICE AND TREATMENT.. AND THEN AS THE DELIVERY DRIVER DROPS OFF MY MESSED UP PIZZA HE ASKED ME FOR WHAT BANK MY CREDIT CARD WAS FROM???? I THEN SHOWED HIM MY U.S. MILITARY IDENTIFICATION AND MY CREDIT CARD AS IT IS NONE IF ANYONE'S BUSINESS WHAT BANK I USE.. THIS WILL NOT GO AWAY UNTIL I REACH THE TOP OC THE COMMAND STRUCTURE AND BE FULLY REFUNDED .. AND THE PHONY MANAGER IS NAMED "MICHELLE".. DO NOT TRUST THIS PERSON OR THE UTICA STORE!! OH .. ONE MORE THING.. I HAVE AN APP CALLED ALL CALL RECORDER THAT RECORDS EVERY INCOMING AND OUTGOING CALM ON MY PHONE.. SO IF THEY LIE SOME MORE AS I WORK MY WAY UP THE CHAIN, I CAN PROVE EVERY WORD THEM AND THE UTICA IS A LIE.. EVERY WORD OF BOTH CONVERSATIONS I WILL BE PLAYING FOR EVERY ONE THAT WANTS TO HEAR IT ALL THE WAY UP THE CHAIN JUST SO THERE ARE NO SLIP UPS AND OR MORE LIES..    Read moreThis will be the second time I have had to wait over an hour for my pizza to be delivered. Derrick blamed the weather this time but what was it last time? I asked for my order to be refunded and he stated he âcanât give stuff out for freeâ. When I pointed out that the pizza will be cold by the time it gets here he said âit was under the lightsâ so let me get this straight, you notified the dominos tracker that it was out for delivery at 1:17pm and here I am at 2:10 with no pizza? Derrick also said that â He was told not to give out wait times because of the weatherâ So is that why Carlton âleft the storeâ at 1:17pm? I thought it was âunder the lightsâ? Not mention that several people on here have complained of long wait time....did they all order pizza during bad weather?
Ultimately when the pizza delivery driver arrived I took the pizza. If Derrick couldnât handle a simple customer interaction without whining about âdoing his bestâ , being confrontational when asked the above questions and finally hanging up on me, how could I expect him to handle a simple refund?
I understand that the weather is less than ideal but seriously? I paid money for a product and for the 2nd time I will not get what I paid for. He could have refunded my order and he may have had a repeat customer. NEVER WILL I GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!

   Read moreI visited this Dominoes the evening before Thanksgiving 2018 during a crazy busy time...around 6:00 pm. They were running a $5.00 pizza special and were swamped with orders (delivery and take-out). While I sat and waited for my order, I watched how the manager, Sascha, and her staff worked together as such an amazing team. Not once did I hear a negative word or complaint from any of the employees. The phone was constant, the orders were behind, but no matter the situation, I was so impressed to see the way the staff seemed to flow with the stress of it all...all while Sascha took care of complaints and assured the customers that they were doing everything they could to get the orders completed. Some customers werenât happy, but thatâs to be expected. Every employee who dealt with unhappy customers on the phone was patient, calm and level-headed. No one got in anyoneâs way, they handled the order backlog like pros. Another customer, a gentleman, sat at the table next to me and we both talked about how great it was to see such comradery among so many coworkers at such a hectic time. Kudos to Sascha and the staff! Never saw anything like it! I hope the owner of the store reads this! They all deserve something wonderful for holding...
