Mangiamo — Restaurant in City of Saratoga Springs

We picked up 2lb of regular fettuccine here on a recent visit. Mangiamo's is a bright little shop - clean and homey - and just two blocks off Broadway. There's only a couple parking spots but a free parking garage is located just a half block away. Rose the owner is charming, friendly, and helpful. She even provided special packaging and instructions for us to ensure our pasta would survive the trip home. Authentic homemade pasta with that unbeatable flavor and texture! Since she has the professional equipment to work with, the final product is also consistent and attractive on the plate. Whether you're cooking for a special event or just finicky about your pasta, I highly recommended Mangiamo's quality...

I have been hearing about this place for a long time but I kept forgetting about it. I finally remembered and placed an order with Rose. She was so helpful and sweet when I went in to pick up the pasta. She made sure I understood how it should be cooked and that I was good to go because we had special guests that evening....
