Whoever owns this subway needs to stop in or read some reviews sometime because the way these employees speak to customers is absolutely unacceptable. From start to finish it was horrible service. We waited patiently while they helped the person in front of us and then proceeded to make some online orders. We were only getting one half sub for my son. He gets 4 things on it so it’s pretty basic. But when I asked for extra extra banana peppers I was told no, which happens sometimes and then I explain I’ll pay extra or sometimes they tell me I’ll have to pay extra which is no problem. But the rude person behind the counter went on to say that I could not get anymore on my sub because their truck hasn’t come in yet I expressed that I would pay for it and can see a whole container right there. The next excuse was she had no way to charge me for extra banana peppers. Which is weird because when we payed it was over $10 for half a sub when it’s typically $6 so I was over charged and did not receive what I asked for. When I told her I was going to leave a bad review no care was given as she knows they receive a lot. It doesn’t seem like leadership at this location cares...
Read moreWhile I was quite thankful and polite during the making of my food, Adina was incredibly rude and short with me. I ignored it and even tipped $12. My drink happened to fall and break, the cup being apart of an upgrade i had to make in order to receive. Replacement refused. I called the store, Adina answered, I asked for corporates # or at least someone higher up, I was told, "I dont have it." I then said, "im gonna need you to find it." Then I was hung up on... so I proceeded to go to the store and ask her if she hung up on me, which she openly admitted without any care, "yes i did." And thats your manager? Unbelievable. With 15 yrs customer service experience, thats not how you do it.
I also have a video of the admittance that ill be posting on all of Subways social media platforms to see if this is okay with other customers... I mean, maybe im wrong. We'll let the internet decide.
Edit: seems theres a lot of previous bad reviews regarding Adina with the crew cut... GET IT TOGETHER! THIS IS OUR MONEY WERE SPENDING HERE!...
