Lovely coffee and great food and cakes. It’s very dark inside and a bit clunky on the old wooden furniture. Outside is delightful. Staff are really friendly. They may need to help people a little with how service works, I waited 10 minutes at the coffee collection point for my Vagal not realising it was at the other end of the bar waiting for me - maybe just tell me? 😂 They’d get 5* except they assume you want take out and have plastic cutlery regardless if you’re in or out. It’s 2024 folks, time to make a stand and do the right thing. Use washable crockery and cutlery, reward people with refill coffee cups to encourage their use and don’t assume we all want to destroy the planet and we’re ok with it. Your customer base is getting more educated. Time to make the switch.

I come here often. The atmosphere is nice, the staff are friendly. Drinks and food are always on point. Price wise is good as well. It's a little cheaper than Starbucks and a few other local coffee places in Saratoga. They do seasonal specials. Photo below of the s'mores latte is from this autumn. It does get super busy on weekends and holidays, but they do a really good job getting people their orders. The line does move quickly. I try to go when its not as crowded, because big crowds aren't my favorite. The only down side to when it's that busy is getting a table to sit at. However, that isn't any fault on staff or the owner. There is plenty of seating, it just fills up at their busy times.

I loved this place. It was so comforting when I lived in Saratoga Springs for 6 months. Coming from a county with a crazy coffee culture (akin to bars), I loved how there was a cafe with good beans open up until 9pm. However more than that, I appreciate the kindness of the staff. I remember how I stepped in one day, and on that day, I was feeling extremely homesick, so I asked them if they could try to do the latte art because it reminds me of home. They were able to do it even though they said “we can’t promise you but we will try.” Since then, I started frequenting them almost every other day at night. :) I appreciate how they’d ensure that my latte has a coffee art when I come in.

BEST bagel sandwich & latte 5/5 days!!! When I travel, I always seek out a place of refuge to hole up and do a little writing - Uncommon Grounds was my spot in Saratoga, winning me over with an epic latte on day one. I stuck around long enough to grab a bagel sandwich for lunch, and everything was fresh and wonderful. The honey mustard is the spicy gem on the fresh-baked bagel and fillings - be sure to get some! So convenient to walk from my hotel for my morning latte, I did so each day of my trip, and bought a pound of beans for a thank-you for our dog-sitter to share the love.

Wow, this place makes awesome bagels! I was shocked at the size and quality of the bagels for the price! I also got a hot chai tea and it was delicious. This place has a really cool vibe to it, with local artist's paintings adorning all the walls (and for sale). This place was hopping for a Sunday. They had a long line but it moved quick. And there seems to be a constant flow of people, because we didn't think we'd get a table but as soon as our food was ready, a table freed up. I highly recommend grabbing a bagel here (with cream cheese or make it a sandwich)!

Great atmosphere, reminds me of the cafe in Fraiser. Super friendly baristas, bagels were great and I loved my holiday coffee drink. Definitely recommend
