Updated review in response to owner: I’ve lowered my review and would give 0 stars if I could based off the owners inaccurate response. In the store they told us they had a $20k robbery and now it’s $150k? They sell cheap jewelry and second hand bags. Also, I still don’t see how it’s acceptable to make your customers feel unwelcome and like your every move is being watched. If that is their explanation, they should install a formal security system in their store and not a Rent A Cop. Also, there are reviewed from as old as 7 years ago stating how they’ve made patrons feel unwelcome. Is that due to a ‘robbery’ as well?

Original review: We visited this shop on our annual weekend to Saratoga. I will say the store is neatly organized and has a nice selection of bags. The reason for my low rating is for the customer service. As others have mentioned, our every move was watched to the point my mother was so uncomfortable she walked out. My first experience with Lola Saratoga was actually at the Albany location in August of 2023 when two of my friends and I got our first permanent jewelry bracelets. The location is in the greatest plaza so we made it into an event - Bracelets and Brunch! It was the best time and my first time looking around the store. I knew I’d eventually go back. Since then I’ve been to the Saratoga location as well and they are both beautiful store fronts! I’m never disappointed! From contemporary jewelry pieces to preloved luxury items like this LV Portobello bag I purchased from a TT Live (my current favorite item) to the beautiful SLG items, you can NEVER go wrong! My sister surprised me today with their forever bracelets. Shop is beautiful and well stocked. Associate was quick,personable and helpful. The woman who did our bracelets was knowledgeable and pleasant. My complaint,the reason for the loss of 2stars, is my sister spent, with tax,over $325 for our two forever bracelets. The shop had a small business, spin the wheel,deal, going on today. You could spin the wheel for an awesome prize if you spent over $300.
