It is so much more than that. The quality of their merchandise is remarkable. Entering Impressions is like walking into a precious closet filled with everything uniquely Saratoga - pure Heaven! So my daughter found this store and she wanted the horse shaped pasta. Drove down from Montreal, going to the racetrack, and detoured to buy her some pasta. The issue was, the location where the pasta was sold, was closed due to a power failure (unfortunately, this was not mentioned on their website) BUT… I went to the closed location and found sign on door (see pictures) but that lights were on, people inside, yet store still closed. The reason for the 4 stars is because the very nice lady who came to the door (to let someone out) and explained that the partial power had just come back on and they hoped to open later that day listened as I explained my situation and said I didn’t know if I could come back. The lady decided to accommodate me, made me wait outside, and she got my pasta. Although the power failure wasn’t there fault and they could have, and should have, put it on their website, the fact that the lady accommodated me, I think deserves a 4 star for...
