Update: Updating to 4 Star. The manager from The Bunker called today to discuss my review which I appreciate. I still can't give it 5 stars because I was really upset and did not get VIP treatment having rented the VIP room but will give it another shot. I do appreciate the customer service of calling me and she was very professional and kind.
Initial review: I really wish I could give 5 stars because that was our hope but it fell very short of that. I will say I think we were a one off situation. The staff was helpful and kind but they were extremely understaffed. We paid for the front room for 2 hours and it took 55 minutes of that to get the TVs situated, drinks and food. They did give us money off the rental and we will likely try again but it was pretty disappointing. I think they only had 3 wait staff/bartenders total. Like I said, the staff was really nice but for what we paid we expected more. Not even more, just didn't expect to have to find people to ask 3 times for a menu, 6 times to have the TV's fixed, 4 times for plates, 3 times for drinks..... Overall, I'd go there again but we're really disappointed with how it went especially since we invited friends since their teams were playing and it took forever to get them on the TV. We're very understanding people having worked in the restaurant industry for years but we left feeling sad vs having had a great time. I wouldn't say don't go I'd just say I hope you have more staff on...

I’d like to give five stars but cannot. My husband and I went in Saturday to golf. No one at the hostess stand so after standing there for a few minutes, we walked up to the bar to let them know we had a reservation. The guy behind the bar just looked at us while a young lady asked if she could help us. There were about 6 people at the bar who appeared to be friends of the bartender just hanging out drinking. I hate to sound like a Karen but we were literally ignored and felt like we were an inconvenience. The guy said he’s get us set up. The bay was cluttered, table not wiped down, chairs kind of out of place. Once we were set up, we were asked if we wanted drinks, which we did. Twenty minutes later my husband went to the bar where staff just standing around. While golfing our system kept giving an error message and we were told it happens all the time and to keep playing. About 4:00 more staff came in and immediately someone asked us how we were doing and if we needed anything. Atmosphere was nice. Read moreI was recently here for a birthday party and a club was left out of my bag. I realized it a few weeks after, and since I do not live too close I wanted to call and see if they had my club prior to me driving.
The first time I called, I was told they weren’t sure where they would look but they would ask a manager and be right back. An hour later I was still on hold.
Called again a few days later, and a guy told me “I’m kind of busy right now, maybe I’ll look in a little bit of you tell me the club and give me your number”. I told him the club, and he hung up immediately after not even taking my phone number to call me back when he “looked”.
Called again about a week later, and a lady told me she would look then, and 30 minutes later still on hold, assuming she wasn’t looking.
I went in this weekend finally, and as soon as I opened the door you could see the club right next to the hostess station. Clearly nobody had ever looked as they told...
