Sbarro Destiny USA — Restaurant in City of Syracuse

I have been going to Sabarro Pizza ever Since I was in my first Apartment almost 27 yrs, I like the 2 for 25 pizza deals.. when Sabarro first offered deals one of the deals used to be 2 movie tickets large pie and two drinks.. ( Logan Berry is the best beverage with pizza ... my opinion ) after I get home I opened the pizza I was happy with my purchase .. not sure whom the Female was with the blonde Dreads she had just a couple of blonde Dreads ... Service is terrible. I waited in line for ten minutes and when it was time to order the woman says can I get you anything else? She says this as if she had already helped me. Her attitude was poor and ignorant. I get my food and it is terrible the sauce is disgusting. The pizza looked like it was sitting out for hours. I paid 16 dollars for two bread sticks a slice of cheese pizza and a tiny Stromboli. I would never recommend this place to anyone it’s nasty and overpriced. The service is terrible. Purchased Under Andrea Vaughn Door Dash order today 10/30. She ordered numerous items and she only received the Stromboli. She called the location and asked where the other parts of the order was and she was told they don’t know what to tell her and they don’t make pasta salad but yet it was on their menu. This is not how you do business. When you wanna keep a customer and know your team did something wrong you make it right. Not to mention door dash is only willing to give her an $8 refund when she spent close to $40 on this order. Poor...
