Urban Outfitters — Local services in City of Syracuse

Everytime I go to this store I go in if I know I'm looking for something specific. If not, I leave it alone. Everytime I go in there I rush to the dressing room, buy, rush out. The staff are outwardly so rude and I never want to be in there. Last night we were there 5 minutes before closing because my friend wanted a dress for a Christmas party. She rushed as fast as she could, tried on the dress, loved it wanted to buy. She asked the staff if it was on sale and one of the girls actually laughed at us when we asked because she was so offended we were still there. We approached three staff members and it was genuinely disgusting how they stood there looking at us. They told her the dress was not on sale and I check the website today, it's $20 off. Simply terrible. The staff was rude, not helpful and actually laughed at me. We had a serious problem..and they were dismissive and grinning. I have spoken to the customer service people and am hoping to hear back from the ""corporation" the store team is very poorly trained in basic customer care practices.
