Piercing Pagoda in Destiny USA is garbage. Biggest rip off ever. You pay in cash and buy a warranty...you should be able to return the jewelry (within THEIR 90 day policy) and get YOUR cash back. But instead you get treated like scum and told they can't give you cash and you have to wait for a check in the mail. Worst policy ever. ABSOLUTE WORST manager I've ever dealt with. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

By the way...their crap jewelry tarnished within 6 days of purchase. A warranty was purchased and we were specifically told it would NOT tarnish by the uneducated employee who only wanted the sale.

If you know anyone who works for them, runs it, or owns a franchise...you can feel free to forward this to them because it will be added to EVERY review site I can find.

I got two helix (cartilage) piercings done here a few years ago. I had them for 9 months, they got severely infected and swollen and always hurt. I cleaned them all the time and they never got better and I ended up taking them out, I still have scar tissue where they were today, 2 years later. Don’t go here or anywhere with piercing guns for anything more than an ear lobe piercing, even then be careful. They don’t sterilize properly at all. Never did. Also for gods sake don’t pierce your infant’s ears, it’s abusive and they can get infected and the guns put the earrings...
