The worst chain ever. Do not order through their app. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I usually give 4 or 5 stars in reviews, but obviously not this time.
I ordered through the app, and when I went to pick it up, they told me they didnāt have hot dogs at all! You might think, āOK, that happens.ā But then they said I had to request a refund myself through their customer service. When I asked them to request the refund on my behalf, they said they couldnāt!
Again, you might think thatās not too bad, but the only way to request a refund is by submitting a written request. When I did that, a few days later, they responded that the restaurant should issue the refund, not them! Then I called customer service and requested a refund again. A few days laterānothing. When I called back, they told me the restaurant had not responded to their request. Again nothing happened yet. And these many calls just for a small amount!
This was the worst experience...

She immediately gave me a rude look and said āI donāt have it!ā Then she spoke to me like I was a child and tried to convince me we ordered at the falls location so I show her the screenshot of the order. She looks at it and refuses to make it even tho it shows we paid. She also yelled at my sister who was on speakerphone and placed the order. She had the order in front of her but still refused to make it !!!! What establishment does that?! She was the rudest and most ignorant person Iāve ever come across in my life. I ended up walking out without my food that was paid for because she refused to make it. Then I asked her name and she almost walked away without telling me. This should all be on DQs cameras and there were 2 other workers who watched in disbelief as they witnessed...

When I called to let them know about this, the girl who answered had the nerve to argue with me. She said the blizzard is supposed to be "sour." Apparently she wasn't educated enough to know that the word sour can mean "rotten," which it was in this case. She never apologized or offered me a store credit..nothing. There is one nice guy who works at this location, he wears glasses and always asks me how I'm doing. But every one of the other employees has a huge attitude problem. I hope corporate does something about this because I don't want to give this place my business with the way it's...
