This Tim Hortons is the closest to me so I’ve given them sooo many tries but today was it for me. They always mess up orders and today I had to pay for their screw up. I asked for 4 breakfast wraps, 4 hash browns, a lg triple triple, and an apple juice. The women repeated it back to me and gave me the total. I pulled up and paid and was given the coffee and juice. Then they gave me a bag with 1 wrap and 3 hash browns. I told them that was all they gave me and they needed 3 different people to come ask me what I actually ordered. Then they told me I was only charged for 2 wraps instead of 4 (mind you they still only gave me 1 wrap to begin with). They charged me almost 9$ for 2 additional wraps (when a combo is only 6 and some change). Then they gave me the bag back and after driving off I saw they only gave me the 4 wraps and still forgot 1 hash brown. Normally I wouldn’t care about a couple dollars and a missing hash brown but when I already paid almost 16$ the first time and then had to pay almost 9$ more I think that’s ridiculous, especially when they still couldn’t get it right in the end. Not to mention that when I asked about the difference in cost if it was rung up properly the first time, as a combo, the women literally responded “so what do you want”. Read moreJust got done waiting for 5 ½ minutes at their intercom waiting for a reply to my order. A simple double double with hazelnut. After waiting 2 of those 5 ½ minutes I pulled up to the window just to have the person never even stop talking to come and cash me out. 6 am on a Sunday. The store was as calm as could be, they were just actively being lazy and slow. When I called the store to complain, a manager answered and was extremely despondent to me the entire phone call, and when I specifically asked for the store owner's phone number, she stalled until I was almost late for work because I was on the phone, and instead of actually giving me the number, she recommended I reach out through their website to give that feedback and she said that I would get a free order the next time I came in. Only problem was that she took no information from me before promptly hanging up the phone, so even if I wanted to go back to that store, they wouldn't honor it anyways. This is only the latest of the many problems I've had with this store and you can bet that I will be reaching out to the store owner in some way. This store is a disgrace to the Tim...
Read moreTheir number is not listed on here their service is extremely slow management can barely speak English unfortunately don't understand how you run a business in New York and can barely speak English manager is rude and disrespectful and cooling the assistant manager I have been going there since they reopened and no longer will go I have seen them unjustly treat their employees and screw over customers numerous times with negative attitudes every time they have a decent employee they are no longer there within two weeks don't understand what they're doing to lose so many employees and customers but this place needs a change. The big guy who used to work there was my favorite employee the best attitude and would always be on top of everything and he has not been there in 2 months so I'm reading this as a one-star due to their lack of information to get ahold of them and for getting rid of employees in treating them negatively after being there for three months I have not seen in original play...
