Edit 3/31/24, zero stars deserved 6 months since last order for delivery & this was probably the worst yet. Delivery via grub hub. They used to have one of the best fish sandwiches, no longer, the fish was absolutely disgusting, very very fishy tasting, completely cold, probably sitting around for hours, curly fries cold, hard, beef & cheddar cold, messy. I tried 3x to call this store, but no one would answer, unless you can actually go to this restaurant I would advise against ordering delivery, they just do not care at all, do nothing to rectify ongoing issues and the delivery companies like grub hub or door dash also do nothing to correct these ongoing issues. Reporting these problems to their guest support links also does nothing. I've reported twice, they offer a free sandwich, which I can't use on delivery so it's useless. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS STORE, IT IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING FOOD THAT'S COLD, OLD & VERY LIKELY WILL MAKE YOU SICK!!!
10/2/23. Its been almost 3 months since last order, which was bad, cold, possibly spoiled. Today was Delivery via door dash due to disability i need delivery. The curly fries were ice cold, the store just opened, they should have been fresh & hot! my gyro had no lettuce, onion, just tomato! My beef & cheddar smelled & tasted off, in the garbage it went. My turnovers were also cold, not warmed. All ridiculous considering store just opened within 30 minutes. They have major quality issues here that have been unresolved for over 6 months now. The owner needs to wake up & take control of his store, the employees & cold food, this is just unacceptable.
7/10/23 update deserves zero stars I contacted guest support as advised. Today I decided to try arby's again. Well it was as bad if not worse than 3 weeks ago. 2 beef & cheddar were stone cold, no warmth at all. Buns smelled weird & were cold as well. Fries again cold. I'm not sure what has happened but arbys used to serve hot food. Especially important when it's delivery. But your workers do not care about any of this as is evident by the disgusting food they are sending out. Owner seriously needs to get informed & fire these lazy, ignorant non working individuals. $30 for food I literally threw in the garbage, as I was afraid I'd get sick. No excuse can justify this arby's. because it's delivery your workers do not care, why?? Because they do not have to make the situation right. Door dash does, & they only credit occasionally. So it's the customer who loses out all the way around. Sorry but a free sandwich coupon will not make this situation right or better. Keep up this kind of customer service & you will lose customers guaranteed. Do better!!!!!
Everything was completely cold & gross! Waygu Burger was just thrown together, hope I don't get sick as it was not even warm, fries disgusting, cold, hard not worth eating. Cheese sauce was cold. Who is working today? Fire them, as they do not care about customs or Arby's. No excuses, My God this was just terrible. Buffalo Chicken Slider is so tiny worth maybe $1. Not $2.59, what a joke!! He's brought me to his house and tried to load me up at 1420 old burrstone road because he said he liked me to be closer friends. Well, the same person also fired me when I missed work. My family member died that day that morning I'm supposed to work. A horrible death in the hospital while fighting cancer. Making me weak finding out. Later I snape out the depression of it and tried to call out. the times I did call I could only get through one time with no pickup. All the while I texted kary to make sure someone is aware I'm not showing up to work. I was beyond unsafe to work and even drive. Well a few days later on schedule to work. Kary is writing me up because I was so distraught but should have been able to predict my family member's death, bleeding out his own eyes of air diseases, and call 3 hours ahead of time according to Kary Y. Okay fine I accept that. While about twice over the man-made a point to tell me in his words. I don't care about your family members' death. So I said I understand that but I can't just time that my family member was going to die. Again he states to me. I really don't care about your family's death you should time the death better so you could have called ahead of it. Expecting me to stay calm at this my family member being buried that day. He keeps antagonizing me about how much he could care less about my family's death. I got mad and said something about it he said I'm fired now and walk out of my building you disrespected me. After making me more distraught then firing me. I walked out calm even pointed out to him what stock was done before I left and what needs to be calm.
I'm is sorry for anyone in the morning of a family death. Just hid it the best you can if you work for this company. They will fire you for morning Kary made that clear to me. You have to time their death ahead of time to tell the store according to him you have to know what's going to happen to tell them early. Or you disrespecting the store. Even if the death only happens the time you're scheduled. They expect you know this at least 3 hours ahead of time.

Read moreWe went to Arby’s this afternoon because it was too hot to be bothered cooking, while waiting for our food which took about 29 minutes to get even though they weren’t busy at all; we watched a young autistic girl running around barefoot; going up to customers and going behind the counter looking for someone (maybe a parent?) A woman would come out from behind where the food was being made and redirect the child to go to the side area of the dining room. One customer made a comment about calling CPS because the child was left unattended for several minutes and the person at the register said no need for that and then left the register to try and get that young girl to sit down and eat some chicken tenders. The child then ran behind the counter still barefoot, and the woman making the food stopped her just as the child was near the fryers. If the employee didn’t need to stop making the food to attend to the child my food may have been hot and fresh.
