Read moreUsed their new order kios so "to be quicker" , ordered 2 fish sandwiches, leg soda and small ice coffee. 4 min after order received 2 sandwiches and cup to get my drink. Then the lady started to make ice coffee. A supervisor pointed out to her she was making the wrong drink multiple times, but the employee didn't stop. When she finished, she realized she made the wrong thing. Then she tried again only to find the machine was out of coffee beans. She stumbled around for another 4 min till she announced to me she would have to go in the back to find beans. She returned, only to be to short to put the beans in the machine . Then she had one of the supervisors put the beans in for her and make our drink. My amazement is in the fact that a manager and a supervisor both watched this person struggle and didn't help her till she asked. 19 min, using the new kiosk is NOT FASTER at this location. Btw, when we finally got our drink to eat our now cold food, the manager who made the drink didn't even apologize for the wait or inconvenience. Last time...
Read moreDon't go there for late night orders (after 11:20 pm), terrible customer service (very rude) due to a shortage of staff. Worse experience so far at a fast food. Only two people were working, and one was about to check out. Drive thru waited 15 minutes without anybody saying us it close or to wait. When u trynna find out by going to the windows, they give you confusingly directive like we only do pick up at the window go around and order inside. When I drive around, the door is locked. Waited again for someone to open the door so I can place my order when I was about to place it by the screen I double checked with the female staff member (only person on shift there) she ans me very rudely. I end up giving up on my order and look for a better place to eat at. I understand it's not the lady fault she we crazy busy working by herself, but if it was me, I would care better about customer inquiries and make them understand the situation that they short on staff and apologize.
