It’s a small place so in the summer it is HOT HOT HOT inside, making dining IMO unbearable depending on the time of day. I love eating at home so pick up was quick n easy. The service was phenomenal, the front counter girl was quick, attentive, funny, and did her job well. My favorite thing about this place is they can’t hide anything. You see right into the kitchen and where they cook. It’s almost a feel where if you wanna get behind there and make your own pizza the pizza maker would probably willingly take a cigarette break n allow it. For 30$ we got a medium crispy pepperoni pizza and 10 boneless wings with blue cheese. The wings were overcooked and soggy. The blue cheese was steaming hot which was a bummer because it was home made (I love homemade blue cheese) but unfortunately this came inside the hot wing container. The chicken was chewy and really hard to eat. The pizza was decent but still very floppy for as crispy as it was on the crust. All the right ingredients to be a fantastic local spot, just missed the mark a little for us.

Been trying lots of different pizza joints lately, but decided to visit my favorite place in Watertown again. This pizza is served very hot. I saw steam coming out of my own mouth. It's a perfect blend of sauce, cheese and pepperoni. You'll want to finish off the outside crust so as to leave nothing to waste. There are probably SOME better things to do on a Sunday afternoon. ... But for me, eating this pizza is better than receiving a free deep-tissue massage and a complimentary suitcase of cash. Tip: Try sprinkling some parmesan and garlic on your plate before putting your slice on it. Lovely greasiness on top with a little flavor kick on the bottom.

Family of five dine-in experience. Have been disappointed with the Watertown Pizza selection, but loved PieZano's. The sauce is flavorful, crust was perfect. Ordered pepperoni and Margherita pizzas and execution on Margherita was outstanding! Also very impressed with homemade wing sauces. The stingin' honey garlic was a hit with whole family! Cant wait to come back to try homemade desserts! Service was good, as well.

We had PieZano’s Pizza cater both our rehearsal dinner and our wedding this past weekend, 10/2 and 10/3 2020 in Alexandria Bay. We had a quest list of 47. Tom was so helpful with guiding us in selecting the foods that would work well together, in amounts that would work best for our guests. His communication was great and I had complete confidence that there would be no issues for either of our days. The service and delivery were perfect on both days. Everything arrived on time, fresh and hot. For the rehearsal we did pizza and wings. We ordered a variety of pizzas and he even did some specialty keto friendly and vegan ones so all of our guests were able to eat and enjoy. The wings were excellent also. The wedding meal was so good!! My guests are still raving over it all. We chose homemade meatballs, chicken riggies, smothered chicken, and chicken/broccoli Alfredo, upon request, he did a separate vegan pasta dish. Garden salad, dressings and garlic knots were included. People went for seconds and a few thirds lol, and they could because there was enough food to be able to do that. Literally everything was delicious and you can’t always say that about a buffet. We could not be happier with the whole experience and we highly recommend PieZano’s to anyone considering catering a formal or...

Very disappointing experience today as I am a huge fan of this establishment. Unfortunately they have an employee that was so unprofessional it made it so I don’t think I will return. This young girl named November threw our order on the table at the cashier and moments later berated her in front of me all because she had an issue in the past with the girl I entered the store with. The cashier was so rattled by her she dropped en entire tray of pizza on the ground. I called the manager to inform him of this incident he seemed quite surprised. About 10 minutes later she called my place of work and proceed to yell at the girl who accompanied me. This type of behaviour is beyond unacceptable. I also expect that this girl in question will begin to harass me now over this review. Hopefully they can find a better employee to fill her spot soon before they lose even...
