This place received terrible reviews and now I see why. The workers are rude, lazy and combative. Dunkin Donuts is aware (previous bad reviews) and clearly do nothing to improve the situation and continue to allow their customers to be treated badly. We went to this White Plans location for coffee. Not busy at all, we ordered 2 coffees and we were given coffee that was cold. Since it wasn’t busy, that was odd so we told them, no apology but a grunt and gave us fresh coffee. Then I wait to go to bathroom. The door is locked and after standing, waiting for 5 minutes I knock but can’t hear any response as music is playing in the store. After 10+ minutes of waiting, I ask the workers if they can check the bathroom. Before I can finish my question, an employee handed me keys, clearly knowing what I need. I asked why would you make me stand there waiting knowing I need a key? To which I get the excuse they are taking care of customers. Clearly all employees saw me standing there for awhile (the place is 5 feet x 5 feet wide) and there were no more than 2 customers in 15 minutes and clearly they are not busy working as the coffee was cold, the counters were sticky, messy and garbage overflowing. Once I fished I handed the keys back to which a large, tan skinned, bearded dirty looking employee charges at me demanding the keys. As I hand them, I calmly explained when they see someone standing near the bathroom and knocking on a locked door that means they need the bathroom and I was going to suggest they put a sign so that others don’t endure what I just did. Before I can finish, I was not heard and interrupted with excuses and then he called me STUPID. I stopped and addressed it and he walked towards me and again, calling a customer names and cursing at me. The other 2 workers just stand there, staring at us, not saying anything.I cannot believe how badly and rude and lazy and disrespectful ALL the employees are in this branch. I strongly advise not to go to this establishment. They have rudest, most lazy and clearly troubled employees I have ever met in my life and if management knows this and allows this, it’s clear they don’t care about...
Read moreThis is not a location I usually go to but was on that street. Their parking lot is super small. I went to get the Donuts we always like. A woman pulled out a filled tray at 3pm, not fresh. I looked at the icing and it was a grey and purple. A Boston Creme has Chocolate on top and a creme center. I said we wont eat that icing, sorry. She continued to open a bag and started to put them in. I said No, dont want that one, do you have others? She got frustrated as I dont know Spanish and she doesnt know English. She called to the Manager who came over and I started to explain why that icing. She said its for Easter. Really? It looked sad. I said I dont want them. Ok. The other Woman said "you need to.pay" No, I dont want them and your Mgr. said OK. This service woman was getting loud at me so I just turned and left. Good thing there were no other customers in there! I went well out of my way to my location and guess what, she only had 4 Chocolate Covered Bostons but said, Easter is too far away, we will use sprinkles, not colored icing. I wont go back to the 1st Dunkin. Please learn to communicate if you work in a job with people. Please have the Manager, who was Bi-lingual, take care of voiding the Register. Read moreI have been going to the DD on Mamaroneck Ave by the 24-hour parking garage for years. I don't know what has been going on recently, but I have had many bad experiences recently. My orders have been wrong. Some instances I have to have the order corrected two or three times in one visit. The app for purchases does not work very often at this location. I have had at least two orders stolen from the pick up area, which then made me have to wait extra time to have the orders made again. I have ordered several times in the morning before I leave home giving about 20 mins to prepare my order. When I arrive at the store, my orders have not been ready, requiring me to wait another 5 to 10 mins. I would have just left, but on these occasions I placed the orders through the app and they already deducted the money for the purchase.
