Ok so we went to the cinnabon location in cross county mall Yonkers NY. I've went to different locations before and my experience with cinnabon has always been great. Yet today it was the most dissatisfied day that I ever had in in this location in cross county. I had a shake and two different orders of cinnabons. I was waiting for my order and the ladies behind the counter was having a hard time getting my order. It seemed like they gave my order to someone else so I asked about my order and they said what did I order? I told them my order and they were looking at me weird then I said my order again. They asked did I paid for it yes I showed them my receipt. Then they gave me an incomplete order I said I am missing my other stuff that I order looking at me weird again they said what did you order again I have to explain what I order again. Then they just kept on looking at me I was frustrated at this point. I pointed again what I ordered until finally they gave me my order. One of the cinnabon was incorrect it was the regular white glaze they gave me the caramel. I just gived up and left. Really disappointed in this place. I use to go there all the time but the new employee's that they have, they have too do better because this is not good...
   Read moreI ordered through Uber and I got my order on the time expected, I live in White Plains so the expected time was about 45 minutes, my courier was very pleasant and explained that due to the distance my order took a little extra time. My issue is with the Uber Eats and Cinnabon store. My order was incomplete and when I tried to get in touch with Uber Eats I didn’t get any response, so I called the Cinnabon store. All I get from whoever answered my call was a sassy comment.    Read moreBe careful if you order online. I ordered and when my husband went to pick up our order they said they had given to someone else. I don't understand how they could just give an online order to someone else without a full name or at least the card used for purchase. Then of course they refuse to remake the order, even though it wasn't your fault that they gave your order away. Then I contacted Grub Hub and grub hub says they won't pick up the phone.
