My mom placed an online order for pick up on 3/27/2020. Her credit card was charged for 40.89. We received a confirmation number telling us the order would be ready for pick up at 12:20pm. I went to pick it up and was told they never received the order. I explained that we have a confirmation number and the card was charged I even showed it to her. A person who I think was the manager and another employee looked in the system and kept repeating they don't have the order. I asked if she could just make it now since the order was paid for? The manager said she could not do that because they dont have confirmation that the order was paid for, even though I showed her the confirmation number. She kept insisting that there was something wrong on my end. My mom also checked with her bank at that time who confirmed the funds were debited. I stood in the restaurant for 30min in the middle of the covid 19 pandemic, and ended up leaving the store without the order that was paid for because they refused to make it. My mom eventually received her bank statement and there was the charge for 40.89. She called the cooperate office and they confirmed there was a system glitch on their end and she would be refunded (she's still waiting on it) I write this review because yesterday I had the same experience at another restaurant with a significant amount more than 40.89, the difference is the manager saw that I had the confirmation number and said "I'm sorry this happened, I will make the order now and we'll work it out later." Read moreI GAVE IT STAR SO I BE ABLE TO WRITE REVIEW AT FIRST I WAS NOT GOING TO BUT I FINALLY DECIDED TO DO SO. AS AM GETTING BETTER FROM BEING ILL. I WENT 2 DAYS AGO AND GOT A CUP OF ICE AND FOUND A INSECT INSIDE IT LOOKED LIKE LIL ROACH SO I BEING TIRED JUST THREW AWAY GRAB NEW SET OF ICE AND LEFT STORE. A DAY AFTER I GO AND I ORDERED BREAKFAST BACON EGG AND CHEESE. TO MY SURPRISE AFTER MY FIRST BITE I COULDN'T BITE THE SANDWICH WELL BECAUSe I was chewing paper they never removed it from. Cheese. I then began drinking my soda and i hadmore ice than fountain drink. As I was going to eat ice notice an insect inside the ice . I threw up immediately and ever since sick to my stomach I went to panerA and all the "lady said was oh they didn't removed the cheese paper and then I showed her pictures and also took the drink and insect and all she did was throw away drink and said she would refund my money back... She not once apologized for incident nor sorry or nothing else. That's the sad part about. A refund its not enough I am traumatized haven't drink anything from the mall since then. Horrible they need to do somthing with this location their managers don't know how to run this store their employees are always in bad mood with attitude, don't know what they doing. They get annoyed when you ask for anything their food is always missing somthing. They do whatever they want . Read moreWorst Panera Bread ever! There were just a few people in the restaurant when I first walked in at after 8 pm. Yet, we waited at least 10 minutes for our food. When the food finally arrived I was even more disappointed. I had order a Mediterranean salad to go, but it came in a bowl. I alerted the server and she returned with the same salad literally dumped into a take away box. I told her that this is not the way the salad is supposed to be served for take away, all mixed up. She returned with another which was only half a notch better, but far from the standard I am used to at my regular Panera. My son's Frontega Chicken sandwich, was literally thrown together - the chicken was in huge pieces instead of being shredded, and took up only one side of each half of the sandwich. I had ordered a lobster roll which was even worse. The bread was cold, the sandwich tasteless, AND A HUGE PIECE OF PLASTIC AMOUNG THE LOBSTER PIECES!!! I immediately called the server over and expressed my dissatisfaction of the food. She seemed huffy, took away my plate, and my son's which had half of his sandwich remaining. I was so annoyed I went over to the pickup station, and informed them that I would take the food to go, because I couldn't stay there any longer.
