Dunkin' — Restaurant in City of Yonkers

I’m sorry but the workers that were working Sunday morning (5/21@12:30pm) when I went are the rudest people I have ever encounter. I had to repeat my order four times for the lady to hear, and still, she gave me an attitude by saying to me very rudely “I can’t hear you, repeat yourself” just gave me the ick. And then on top of it, The same lady that first took my order looked at my coffee asked her coworker if it was finished being made, and then proceeded not to give it to me. I had to ask for my coffee if it was done and when I did, they both looked at me and said “yeah it’s been sitting here.” All I got was an iced coffee with caramel and oatmilk I didn’t ordered no attitude. I’m never coming to the Dunkin’ again and I suggest you avoid it too. The manager needs to fire...

I live around the corner from this location. And it's become just awful. Ever since a new family bought it a couple years ago, it's gone way down hill. They got rid of most of the employees and now their whole family works there. Napkins and straws are always empty. My iced coffee is almost never made right, they never put in the amount of flavoring I ask for in the app, they always put a tiny amount. I end up throwing out about half of them. Half the time they forget to add milk. It's like they don't even read the orders. There is one girl who works there that is left over from the old crew and when she's working everything is always correct and good. I try to make sure I only go when she's working, otherwise it almost always...

Workers do not listen to you when ordering. I told the cashier I wanted a egg and sausage on a croissant. No cheese my daughter has a cheese allergy..please no cheese. Also I ordered 10 munchkins I wanted 5 glazed and 5 pumkin. When it was time to pay I didn't get no receipt from her she left to fix the sandwich. I also ordered 4 egg and cheese wraps for my grandkids. I got home give my daughter her croissant and guest what it had on it cheese w t h and I'm missing 2 eggs and cheese wraps w t h. Now I'm so peed off because I can't check the receipt because she didn't give me one. Every time I go to this one I get the short end...
