Giovanni's Pizza — Restaurant in City of Yonkers

HORRIBLE SERVICE !!!!! I ordered Chicken tenders and a cheeseburger which should've been $12.50 based on the menu pricing and was greeted by the delivery man with a $17.00 bill. When i questioned the delivery man he stated that he was just the delivery man and did not know what was going on. He then proceeded to call the restaurant and I was told by a very rude man that there was a "new" menu with "new pricing" and that tax was supposed to be added in addition to the new menu prices. To make things worse, Giovanni screamed over the phone that I should go buy my Cheeseburger somewhere else next time... I WAS APPAULED! Also, they mixed up my order and added fries to the cheeseburger which i did not ask for ! The cheeseburger was DISGUSTING, the worst I have ever had, the cheese was not melted and the pattie looked blacker than a burnt frying pan!! The lettuce and tomatoes which were left outside of the burger were dead before they even left the restaurant ..As if they were going to the burnt out pattie's funeral. The fries were salty and soggy.. WHAT A MESS!!!! I wasted $17.00 on a NASTY "meal" for a dinner that was supposed to be good. I have notified my friends and family not to go there and I don't recommend anyone to go there or order from that restaurant .. very disrespectful and unkind !!!! ZERO STARS FOR THIS MESS OF...

I ordered a chicken ceasar salad from this place and while eating I noticed a dead fly on my lettuce, so I called to ask for my money back and who ever the tall man with the short hair behind the counter is I dont know if that is Giovanni himself was extremely extremely rude and disrespectful to me on the phone asking me if I was sure that it was bug, that I am lying that cant be possible in his food we exchanged words and I asked him would he like me to bring it in so he can see he said yeah come in. I had to leave my job to drive over and show him the bug on my lettuce and he had the audacity to tell me no that wasnt there the bug must of flew in my food while I was eating. I am very disappointed in this restaurant my company orders food from here all the time to get treated the way I did. I could accept the dead fly and how things do happen. But the rudeness and disrespect when I asked for my money back is unacceptable. DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS NASTY PLACE. NOT ONLY IS THERE DEAD FLIES IN THEIR FOOD BUT GIOVANNI IS VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL AND INSULTING!! if there were a negative amount of stars to rate this place I would give them an infinite amount of negative stars!!! The customer service is horrible!!!! An order of chicken fingers and fries mean you get a few fries and when you call to address the issue you get told that the delivery man is apparently the owner and the person who answered the phone is apparently Mel Gibson. So Mel Gibson must have had a bad year and is working in a pizza shop and the owner moonlights as a delivery man. Said owner also claims to have cooked the meal so he's a cook too (a real jack of all trades) to put the icing on the cake we were accused of stealing fries. They originally gave us an order with barely anything in it and they then felt it necessary to blame us as the reason why there was so few fries. At the end of the day the amount of fries was not the issue. The way they handeled the situation or more appropriate, how wrongly the handeled the situation leaves a lot to be desired. They have lost customers due to their tackless ways. Although i do not think they care about a few less customers they way they speak to people only shows why they should not be in such...
