Manager revoked 25$ - minimum 25$ purchase cash card and offered 50% off because she didn’t recognize her own handwriting from previous purchase.

I ask for it back along with my money and the response was a childish attitude along with a different 25$ cash card with a minimum of 50$ purchase

I will not be shopping at the Yonkers location. the Bronx store has much better service and management. This reflects poorly on the company and other employees that actually give great service.

this is also not the first time this girl has caused a problem with my purchases but I tend to give the benifit of doubt. It’s not just a bad day when every time you walk in your greeted with same glaring eyes of a worker whom dosnt appreciate her job.

I have spent 1000s of dollars at other locations over the years and was exctatic when they dropped a location in my city. Today I wanted to save money and give my woman a cute gift but I now feel completely different.

will gladly wait till after the x-mas season to go to the other location and spend more money!

I went to romantic depot looking for a secret Santa gift under $25 and i wanted it to be something really inappropriate so i could embarass one of my co-workers. I wanted it to be as funny as possible so I asked the manager where the blow up dolls were. She showed me around and even gave me a discount card that I could use towards my purchase. Thanks to Mara's help, i also picked up a few gifts for my girl. And when I got to the register, I realized they're a smoke shop too so I got myself a Christmas present! They have a wheel you can spin to win free stuff and I got a $25 gift card for my next purchase so I'll be back. I would definitely recommend checking...

So many choices to choose from sexy to casual nite wear they have what I was looking for Very neat lovely staff Mari and Cynthia were very helpful and knowledgeable they helped me out with this special occasion I had set that I was nerves they made me feel comfortable...they even help he pick the right shoes to go with my outfit. Affordable price and the best thing is they have a 20% off on the highest item that came in handy when I purchased the sexy shoes...will be stopping by for more lingerie and I already told my friends about this great place. Parking lot was a plus. Cant wait...
