★★★★★ A Spacious Gem with One Glaring Design Flaw
Hands down, this is the most spacious and airy bakery cafe (or "branche") I have ever visited in the U.S. It's an absolute pleasure to spend time here, and it has become our go-to spot.
The Positives:
· Ample Space: The amount of room here is incredible. You never feel crowded, even when it's busy. It's perfect for large groups, families, or just spreading out with a laptop. · Impeccably Clean: The dining area and display cases are always spotless, which makes the entire experience so much more enjoyable. · Huge Selection: The variety is outstanding. From fresh bread and perfect pastries to beautiful cakes and delicious sandwiches, there's something for everyone, and the quality is consistently top-notch.
The One Big Negative: There is one glaring design flaw that really sticks out in such a well-thought-out space.THE FAUCET IN THE RESTROOM SINK IS INSTALLED WAY TOO CLOSE TO THE BACK WALL. This means that when you wash your hands, the water hits the wall and splashes all over the countertop instead of flowing directly down the drain. It creates a constant mess and puddles of water, which is frustrating and contradicts the otherwise clean and tidy environment.
Despite this one annoying issue, the Paris Baquette in Yonkers remains a fantastic place. I highly recommend it for the food and atmosphere, but I really hope the management sees this and can fix the...
Read moreAs I live in walking distance, I have been coming to Paris Baguette almost daily since opening day. The selection of pastries, croissants and breakfast sandwiches is great. The ham and cheese croissant is one of my favorites, although sometimes it’s a bit doughy and undercooked. The issue I’m having, which has resulted in a 3 star review, is the inconsistency in the barista bar. I waited a few weeks before leaving my review to see if things would improve considering it’s a new establishment, but it hasn’t. I have discovered whether or not your drink will be made properly depends on who’s preparing it and whether or not that person is trained properly to do so. I would have to say, 1 out of 4 times, I am happy with my drink and those odds are not good. I’m leaving this review after just having to return my matcha latte due to it just not being hot, not once, but twice. It was lukewarm at best and I certainly do not want to drink tea at that temperature. Although this establishment is closer, I guess I will be going back to Tous Les Jours in Bronxville where their coffee is always...
Read moreI recently visited Paris Baguette in Yonkers , and I have to say, it was an absolute delight from start to finish. The selection of baked goods is top-notch—everything from the freshly baked breads to the decadent pastries is made with care and quality ingredients. The cookies, especially, are a must-try—crispy on the edges and soft in the center. What really stood out to me, though, was the exceptional customer service. The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about their products. They took the time to explain their seasonal offerings and made great recommendations based on my preferences. You can tell they genuinely enjoy what they do, and it makes the experience that much more enjoyable. If you’re looking for delicious, well-crafted baked goods and a welcoming atmosphere, I highly recommend stopping by Paris Baguette . I’ll definitely be...
