For background information before I explain my horrible experience at this location, I always come to this McDonald’s with my mom and spend a lot of money there. So I went today, september 8th in the early afternoon to pick up a coffee for my mom before picking her up at her house like I always do. Once I reached her I gave her the coffee and she told me is was super cold, I didn’t know before she tried it because I don’t drink coffee so she held onto the coffee so we can go back and get my kids a happy meal for lunch. We go to the drive through at around 2:08pm order another small coffee and some more food. When I reach the window I explain to the lady working there that I was here earlier and the coffee they gave me was super cold, I even showed her the receipt. She took the coffee and receipt and then handed me the food and the new coffee I just ordered. She went to go get a manager and when she was gone my mom and I noticed the new coffee was also cold and we just got it !! So the worker comes back with the manager who was a short Mexican chubby looking man, he comes with attitude saying well this coffee was a hour old so obviously it’s cold and my mom and I try to explain that it was cold when I first got it that’s why she didn’t drink it it just took us a bit to drive back to the McDonald’s. I also was telling him the new coffee I got is also cold so that excuse makes no sense. He was not understanding for some reason and he was yelling at us and giving us horrible attitude over their cold coffee. He was very very dumb and really doesn’t understand how to speak to people or have any common sense. He is a horrible manager and I will call the regional office about this !! Read moreSometimes my food is cold, even during busy hours. I was twice (yes, twice) yelled at by a certain worker who I believe to be the weekend manager. There was a newbie cashier who took my order, and I could hear her delivering the wrong order to the manager. Trying to be nice to the newbie, I held my tongue, which was not the best idea, which triggered the first of two verbal disciplinary attacks (on separate days) from what looked to be the on-duty manager. I should also note that I've never seen that newbie worker again; I hope she has found a way better place to work.
Aside from the mean manager, the other workers are very nice.
It's a slow place, even when I am only ordering a black coffee it takes forever to receive it. And like others have said, double check your order; I have gotten the wrong food more than once.
Also don't forget that the dive thru window is on the passenger side of your car; so if you're riding solo, be sure to pullup close enough to be able to reach over to the window--and be sure that your passenger windows are working, if not, go inside.

She said there was a mistake within their system asked for my phone and cancelled the order without even offering me if I want to re order . Annelle and the older man she was with took my phone to the back after I said I wasn’t comfortable with them taking my phone to the kitchen without my knowledge. She came back with my phone and the order was cancelled and she told us to leave .
