Subway — Restaurant in Clare

I want to say I know five stars is pretty high for a fast food place but let me tell you my story. I started out taking my elderly mother out to eat we stopped at Subway and Claire the one closest to cops and donuts. As we had walked in the lobby it had been very clean which made me feel Good about walking in and getting a sub but not only did we get that but we got a warm welcome and from the people working. As we went into line they were very polite and took time out for us to make our order correct everything was perfect. I know there's no such thing as perfect but it was as close as you could get. I cannot stay on how much it was enjoyable we decide to sit inside and eat our subs there. As we sat there my mom and I wanted to get a picture asked one of the workers if they would take it they had no problem it was very enjoyable really clean enjoyable place I would recommend it to anybody. Matter of fact I ended up asking for each person's name so I could put a shout out to them.khloe Grace(Brenden Bunting, Tammy Tenao, unless but not least Christiania😊 I want to thank each and every one of you for your effort to make it not just enjoyable but also safe and keeping it clean. Absolutely horrible customer service!! We will NEVER choose to eat here again! The store "accidentally" canceled our $46 online/app order. When I called they told me the pending charges will be refunded within a week and I would need to reorder and pay AGAIN for my family to be able to eat tonight!! Are you kidding me??? Not everyone has the ability to just fork over another almost $50 for a dinner or for a mistake that wasn't even theirs. I requested that the manager or owner call me back and it's now after 7 and I've yet to hear anything. Absolutely despicable...

My wife ordered me a Turkey sub; In it was a slightly larger than an 8th inch bone that I spit out. It was very sharp, and though it may have splintered off the breast bone when the Turkey was shaved, it could have injured me had I swallowed it!! I threw away my sub. When I called, the employee said only the owner could extend a refund, and told me she’d leave a message for him. That was almost a week ago.
