Subway — Restaurant in Claremont

We ordered food for a event a few days before the event date and told them that the food had to be delivered at 11:45 AM on the dot not one minute later. We hold this event weekly and it always ends with lunch for 50 people. The order was paid for in advance. They arrived with the food at 1 Pm. Most of our guests who are college kids living in the dorms went home without eating. By the time Subway finally arrived the event had been over for a considerable time and we ended up with close to three full trays of sandwiches left over. On top of that many were missing ingredients like the order had been rushed. The breads were stale as well. We will never order from this location again... Their loss. Had they done this event correctly it would have become a fairly regular order for...

So theyre launching a new menu, i told the girl that i wanted all the veggies but onions and peppers on my subway club. She responded,"um no we dont do that anymore, it has to be the way its described on the menu" i said please no mayo. She squirts on the mayo. After paying, she shoves a menu into the bag and says," heres a menu so you can familiarize yourself with how we do things now. Seriously? If i cant have my damn sandwich the way i want it, ill go somewhere i can. I think there's a Jersey Mikes...

I've been waiting in line for 20 minutes just to order. One employee, three people infront of me. The soda machine keeps making a bepping noise. Its 530 pm I would think they would have more than 1 employee working. Really bad experience, by the way the subs are being over...
