Arby's — Restaurant in Claremore

I want to start off by talking about Arby's as a whole. I want to love it. When the fries are fresh, they're delicious but you cannot find them that way often enough. All of the restaurants are terribly run down. This one had obvious water damage on all of the walls. almost all of them have damage to the walls and floors (tiles, pulling up). Seven times out of ten, the sauces aren't filled. there's almost never anybody in any of them, because of these facts. You people have got to revamp this or that place is going under. I still go about once a month.But i'm disappointed regularly. Make fresh fries, or maybe not so many at a time,... Please and thank you. Home of Hype and false advertising. I went for the one day only venison sandwiches. The photos in their ads made it look so very good. It was way over cooked, tougher than my work boots and I think my boots probably taste better. It came with shriveled onion rings on top and juniper berry sauce with something crunchy in it I wish to never taste again. It was disgusting and a waste of $14 for two sandwiches that were not edible. I do like Arby's roast beef sandwiches on rare occasion although I typically never set foot on their property. Tonight I went through the drive thru and one of the boys wasn’t wearing a mask at all and the other kept fooling around with his, pulling it up, pulling it down. They were both touching their hair and face and then laying hands on the drink cups, lids, bags, everything... Which is gross, pandemic or no pandemic. I had the decency to wear a mask to protect them when I pulled up to the window, but they didn’t do me the same courtesy. IF I come back and no one is wearing a mask like they should, I’ll just cancel my order, which is what I should have done this time.
