Parked and went inside to get Food, so we could use the restrooms.
There was no one at the counter, forcing you to use the machine to order. I wanted to order extra apples, from the happy meal, which they always accommodate, but I could not do on the computer. I went to the counter to try to order and no one would even acknowledge me. Finally someone cleaning the seating area got an employees attention and When I asked if I could order from her she said no you have to use the computer.
I returned finished my order and wanted to pay cash which of course I could not do on the machine. I again went to the counter waiting another few minutes to ask if I could pay cash. She again said no you need to use the machine.
I finished my order, paid for the food, waited around for a while and when the food came out the order was wrong. All of our fries were missing, we didn’t get sauce we had asked for. I had to stand at the counter, again being ignored for a few minutes to ask someone to please get the fries for my order. There was no apology only annoyance from all employees that I had asked for help.
I know that many places are short staffed lately, but it just seems entirely ridiculous that I can’t place my order with a person, and that when the order is place via machine and clearly printed out, they still cannot get the order correct. Will not be back despite the...
Read moreI went in this morning to your facility and left upset because the wrong drink was given. I ordered a frappe and in result, I got an iced coffee. I know my frappes because I always order them but to deny me and agree, worker was arguing with me saying I ordered a caramel mocha. Yeah on the kiosk it says caramel mocha frappe. I ordered the same drink yesterday and got the right one. I decided to take what was given because I’m not going to keep arguing over this incorrect item. Then when I was trying to get their attention, one worker in the back was talking to the male drive thru agent in Spanish saying people were at the counter. He must have responded but with his back facing me and another customer who said her drink was wrong. I yelled yeah I speak Spanish too. But the female cashier or worker kept disagreeing with me about my drink. I just said you know what forget it I’ll just make sure to report a negative review for terrible customer service. When I pulled up to the drive-through window, I watched the employee opening honey into a cup of tea, and the proceeded to lick honey off her fingers. I refuse the Diet Coke from her because the same hand she licked, she used to take a lid and put on top of my drink. I’m supposed to drink a soda, that somebody has their spit on?. I asked for a manager. I pointed this out to the manager, who said his name is Phil, and he did not say anything to the employee. I watched her touch food and help another customer. I pointed out to the manager that still has not washed her hands and she’s touching food when she licked her finger He never said one thing to her about washing her hands. Extremely disgusting and gross, and what’s even more troubling, is the manager felt like he did not need to say anything to the employee.
