The employees always look and act like they don’t want to be there. They are rude. If you walk in with someone and tell them you have separate orders they will not even acknowledge the other person which in turn causes them to lose a sale because the other person decides not to get anything due to being ignored. They never have the rosemary Parmesan bread in the evenings. Before I knew this I was ordering on the app and then when I set down to eat I realized that it was white bread and not the rosemary Parmesan bread. They don’t notify you that they don’t have the bread that you ordered they just substitute it without saying anything. Also don’t order extra cheese because you won’t get it. I ordered it four times and paid extra every time and never got extra cheese. Gotta look at the meat also bc sometimes they don’t put all of the different kinds of meat on the sandwich. My favorite sub right now is the Big Kahuna Chicken Cheese Steak #55. It is grilled chicken with grilled onions/peppers, mushrooms, jalapeños and extra white American cheese. So good. I haven’t had a bad sub here yet. The cold subs come with the option of “Mike’s Way” which is onions, lettuce, tomatoes, red wine vinegar, olive oil blend , oregano and salt. One thing that stood out when they first opened, we walked in and they had a line out the door. All employees were all hands on deck and actually moving the line fast.
