Best smelling and cleanest bathrooms...., But that's where the positive ended . Placed a to go order in person about 8-830 Starving after a long day that wasnt quite over. *Note I'm in a boot due to a broken foot) and waiting for my ranch burger with fries and an order of onion rings. I was going to ask for extra lemon for my lemon squeeze but the gal turned her back and went to help the lady in drive through, and I didn't want to bother it was nice to see teamwork utilized. But then I noticed the cooks are no longer cooking as in my order is ready, I wait, walk closer to the drive thru window. Then the lady working drive-thru asked me if I needed anything? I said ya my food. She said something to counter gal who now seemed put out. I remind her of the fry sauces and ranch that I requested . She points to the self serve behind me. I said something about the ranch isn't here and I need with lids she walks off... I get the fry sauce and then had to ask the cook for the ranch. I say something about to go containers with the lids and get told that I can't blah blah .lm baffled, I stated even for a to go order? Wth? At this point I'm hurting a lot and frustrated with being ignored and then brushed off. Left before I said something I might regret, obviously I should have went through the drive-thru....indoor service and supposive guidelines suck.... Don't ask how the travels went with the open container...
Read moreI haven't been there for a very long time so 5 stars as it was real good last i was there about 25 yrs ago even if I do prefer burgers WELL done (how many actually cooks them like all that), seems that it can just be a real basic burger but somehow the fry sauce just rounds it all out which I'm fine with then, I'm sorry to hear if it's just gone downhill there I enjoyed the burger ranch in auburn, wa as well they been closed for many years it was quite good and had some unusual meal fare. Wanna recommend the iceburg drive in in walla2 if any are in the area it's like a good hybrid of burger ranch and your next door ice cream place there with many flavors of ice cream. Common issues I see with burger ranch these days sorry to hear that of course there's bad employees but that's one thing. I don't recall there being a salad bar. Also, I didn't know B.R was there since 1958 I do remember going to arctic circle or dairy queen (??) as a tyke and all. Fry sauce is easy enough to duplicate if your not that finicky-mayo & ketchup! It'd seem one is hard pressed to come by pints of...
Read moreHey if you are heading to Sharp's Burger Ranch in Clarkston WA you might consider making a "sharp U turn" and go somewhere else. I think perhaps in the past it might have been a great place but today I would have preferred the not so all beef at McD's in place of what I experienced at Sharp's Burgers. Fries that were cold and a mix of some so over done they were like potato chips & some were limp undercooked. Hamburgers were cooked down to half the size of the bun & paper thin. Lettuce was soooo soggy & rubbery & for some odd reason they gave us 6 extra sides of sauce like that was suppose to help!? I really wish the owner's would send a mystery guest through to order for them(owners that is) so they can experience EXACTLY what is being produced out of their store. How could they possibly be proud of what they serve the public. It took forever in line at the drive thru; I actually thought I was getting a terrific home made burger. Ooooops, my mistake. Won't happen again because I won't be back. . . . I...
