Arby's — Restaurant in Clarksville

We were in on April 27th at 1:42 pm.. Our order was a Reuben, small drink..a Crispy Chicken Bacon Swiss meal..small drink, small Curly fries. We decided ahead of time to once again stop at this location because Murray no longer has an Arby's. Our meals were over $13.00..my chicken sandwich was awful..I did complain when leaving to our order taker/cashier. The chicken seemed cut on the wrong grade..chewy..thin and absolutely NOTHING like the photo on the ordering board. I threw out most of it after trying to doctor it up a bit with even more sauce..no luck. BTW.. I do have a whole set of my own teeth Needless to say, we will be stopping at any other Fast Food restaurant that isn't in Murray on our next doctor's trip to Nashville. Very Disappointing.. $13 bucks..Tammy F..made a face when I asked her how that particular sandwich was as it was the 1st time ever ordering it.. Now...

Considering the prices at Arby's are always about 15% higher than Burger King and McDonald's, (which are basically right next door to this restaurant's location), you'd think they'd have less crazy rules for their customers. There by making it easier to get our orders. But not so. After placing our order, the young lady at the window informed us that we couldn't pay for our meal with a $50.00 bill, because she couldn't make change for it and your store's policy will not accept anything larger than a $20. This was just silly, because our total bill was $36.82. So our change would have been $13.18 and she could have given the $50 to her shift manager for smaller bills or dropped it in the safe. You can be sure that we'll make our stop at the Nashville Arby's, when we're going to and from, on our weekly trips, from now on, as they don't have such...

Normally when we eat here it’s fantastic but not this time, We ordered around 2:30pm the person taking our order didn’t speak up so it was difficult to hear her, we waited for our food about 30 minutes,we had ordered 3 market fresh turkey bacon ranch, during this time there were three cashiers one of them was sitting on the counter, another girl was hugging her and the other was on her phone, very unprofessional and unsanitary, when we got home and got our food it was wrong they gave us 3 buffalo chicken sandwiches, which were poorly made and very messy with sauce all over the place..if I see them there the next time I order I will just drive off.. management needs to be on top of them… the way the food came was...
