Chicago Gyro & More — Restaurant in Clarksville

Food is always fantastic! The portions are more than generous, I can’t ever finish a gyro, let alone order a plate because it’s just too much food. It’s so delicious I’m mad I can’t finish it all. The place has always been clean and well kept when I’ve been in there. The staff are friendly, kind and the conversations are nice. The food is always cooked to order in front of you as well which is a refreshing change from other places. All in all this is our favorite neighborhood joint. Try the fries with the seasoning and fry sauce, it’s incredible!

The only thing I regret is we didn’t try the place sooner because the food is amazing and very authentic. It reminds me so much of the gyros I would get in NYC. The baklava is out of this world and as good as my granny’s Greek friend that lived next door to us. I cannot for the life of me understand how food this delicious is so inexpensive, to feed my family of 3 it was under $30 even with a 20% tip. It’s well worth every penny spent as it’s probably the best gyro I’ve had in all...

This place doesn't treat black people well....I will never spend my money here...I was over charged and I got a first hand of what n how they treat black people most don't know because they call their order in.... however what is said before and after u come and go is different.... 25 dollar for 2 gyros and a drink...he says the drink is only 27 cents and after explaining and trying to be reasonable it's just not good as a guide I go places to eat on purpose like hole n the walls but I couldn't give this place zero stars...he didn't even ask if I wanted everything or not jus ignored me in my face n said he couldn't hear me then I got closer and he still couldn't with only 3 people in lobby...I couldn't respond to your message but u are a lie sir and u confronted yu in the lobby if it was the owner that I confronted about the situation so again either you or your employee knew I was gonna post it I just didn't say when...and you know or employee knew how I was treated that day ...I will pull up on you and call you a liar to...

Update 2025: Been here a few times since last post & I must say portions are much better now. Their service is still good and they even had a new person working behind counter making it that more efficient. Since portions are more in line with other Gyro spots, it is definitely worth while to stop in and give this place a chance.

This place has good food. However, their portions seem to be getting smaller and smaller. The Ft Campbell Gyro shop near Gate 1 serves way more food than this place at a lower cost. I think its a shame this place has good food and is the most expensive Gyro shop in town yet they act as though vegetables are so expensive. Very stingy with their portions. I can say the same for the Gyro shop in the mall. Not sure if they are related but again stingy portions. I’ve been to many gyros locations in Nashville, Springfield and Clarksville areas so I am only reviewing based on experience.
