This place is really cute with great aesthetic, however the main driver of my rating is customer service. I ordered an açaí bowl to go and when I arrived it wasn’t ready-which was fine. However one of the employees behind the counter (with the black hair) had an attitude like I was interrupting her break coming to pick up my bowl two minutes early. I told the young lady at the register that’s fine I’ll wait but in the meantime what vegan donuts do they have left. She told me they were all out but there was an awkward pause when she said it like her and her colleagues knew something I didn’t. Anyway I waited another couple minutes and then realized it’s probably best for me to cancel the order as I didn’t feel comfortable with them making my order. When I asked the employee with the black hair if she’d started on the bowl she commented that she had “just chopped the bananas” so I decided to just go ahead and wait for the bowl. It took another five minutes to prepare (total wait time now has been about 10 minutes) and of course I get the bowl and there are no bananas or cacao nibs as stated on the website-but I didn’t notice until halfway through eating this was the case. The acai bowl itself was ok -I’ve had way better with fresher ingredients. Overall I wouldn’t mind coming back to try the vegan donuts but wouldn’t get the acai bowl again and would likely try to order beforehand to reduce interaction with any...

Donuts are amazing, but the business seems super mismanaged. I've gone to Parlor in Nashville and was excited to visit the Clarksville location. However, ownership/management issues seem to have followed the Nashville location to Clarksville. In Nashville, they'd randomly not have people come in and therefore wouldn't offer the breakfast they advertise.

As for Clarksville, the hours are completely wrong on this page. I drove by Parlor just today: they had lined out the "6:30pm" under every single day and written in "2:00pm" in its place.

Maybe that's the sort of thing you should update on the place that most people get their information about your establishment from - the internet. Also, call me crazy, but if your establishment is so popular that you're running out of product, maybe the answer is to get more product, not to shut down your business 4 1/2 hours early every day without updating your information on-line.

But I guess I'm old-fashioned that way. I'd say it's disrespectful to our town, but they operated the same way in Nashville. They provide equal opportunity disrespect of patrons. So i have to give them at least two stars for consistency..
