Cicis Pizza — Restaurant in Clarksville

I'm here for the pizza, but not liking some things. Sometimes during that past 4 years of visits and as recent as April 12, 2019, the pizza tastes undercooked. The flatbread pizzas are fine, but the regular pizza crust tastes doughy and raw. The crust edges taste well. If only the whole pizza did taste that well. As to which pizza seems undercooked depends on the thickness of ingredients piled on top. My daughter loves the mac & cheese pizza and brownies. My typical goto meal is the beef and pepperoni and the apple cinnamon desert pizzas.

Other problems I have are the lack of parm cheese and red pepper shakers. One red pepper shaker is available if it can be found. Otherwise the use of small packets of cheese and peppers are all that can be found and who likes the ingredients to pour out in clumps onto a slice? It ruins many slices. The game room contains old video games and typical carnival rip-off robot claw games. The air hockey table routinely malfunctions. I tend to never go in there anymore as for hygeine issues. Someone should hourly spray the games with disinfectant.

I came into this locations to order take out. This is by far one of the cleanest Cicis restaurants I've ever been to. All of the employees were very kind. They all wore mask, washed their hands and changed their their gloves frequently. I want it mention 1 worker in particular. Her name is Ally. She was the kindest and most patient person I have had the pleasure of doing business with. She was very knowledgeable and she is most definitely an asset to the company. Im not sure if she was a manager or just a staff member but she was amazing. If she is not a manager she should be. She literally has the best customer service. She greated be with a smile and pretty much stayed that way throughout our interaction. She seamed to enjoy her job and helping others which made me feel good to spent my money there. Kudos to Cicis for hiring such an amazing person and kudos to her for doing such an amazing job!!! I will be returning to this location in the future because the food is great but mostly because of the service...
