China Chef - Seafood Boil & Chinese — Restaurant in Clarksville

First of all, I’ve ordered from this place on plenty of occasions through DoorDash. I have never been in the store until tonight and it is absolutely disgusting. The boxes are piled to the ceiling. There is grease buildup all over the place you couldn’t or wouldn’t want to be or sit down in there at all it is disgusting And whenever I say disgusting it is the nastiest place I have ever walked into in my entire life but because I had already ordered online as a pick up order, I paid for my food. I ordered a spicy orange chicken, large size 2 vegetable eggrolls, two chicken egg rolls and vegetable chow mein with no mushrooms because of allergic reactions a couple bites was taken and off to the hospital we go. I contacted the store and told them I paid $40.25 for a very small portion when ask they said it was a child size, but I ordered a large size so that it could be split I ordered. I also repeated my order on multiple occasions during the conversation because the service person that answered the phone kept rushing me is that it is that all! They’re telling me that’s not what I ordered they listen to the recording of the order, which I find very funny because I know what I ordered and I know what I said, and I do not believe that there is no way that they could’ve recorded me without first asking or telling me advising me in some sort of way that the car would be recorded because it’s against the law But they are saying. They’re just following whatever the service person that was rushing me had put down. They refused to me a refund me I didn’t want a remake after me already seen the field that was in there and sitting at the hospital with a child Over there, carelessnessI will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and OSHA and the health departments, and hopefully this store will be shut down regarding the filth that is in that establishment and My lawyer will be contacting them to pay the hospital bill bills! I've always ordered via Door dash and even the dozens of times I did I always loved my food. I took my girlfriend today to show her what I believe to be one of the best Chinese restaurants I've ever eaten at, I ordered the sesame chicken while she got the curry beef, we shared the rangoons. The price was reasonable and affordable for the huge quantity. It was hot, tender, and full of flavor. The two workers were so nice and friendly, the chef was always smiling and seemed so genuinely excited to cook, and honestly the food straight out the kitchen showed me just how passionate he is in what he does. Delivery doesn't do this place justice. I used to think thiss place was a strong 4, but the wholesome attitudes we received alongside really good food easily makes it a 5. Heavily suggest sitting down for a bite to appreciate their talent rather than taking it to go and letting it lose temperature. I'll be going back! Wow, not sure what’s up with all the bad reviews. I thought the food was great.! My first time ordering here. I did notice a smell with the vegetables too, but I’m pretty sure it’s the bamboo shoots. Im not super fond of them, but the veggies tasted great. I got wayyyy to much food. There are 5 people eating and there’s enough for 3 meals. I didn’t realize how big the fried rice boxes were. I ordered pupu platter, teriyaki chicken, house fried rice and shrimp fried rice. The house fried rice has chicken in it which was a little different but it was good. My order was about $50. The delivery took over an hour, but it also said that on the website and it was dinner time. The delivery person was very nice, I requested no contact and he did exactly what I asked.
