It took a very long time but I finally found a great hair stylist. A few years ago I had a complete hair disaster from another salon and asked around to find someone to fix it. Several recommended Shelby and thank goodness they did. Not only did she fix it (I have extremely long hair) but she also got my hair back to a healthier, stronger status, as well as nailed the color that I have spent years trying to get to (ash blonde).
